I emailed them about the products they sell. I have yet to receive an email. I wanted to talk to someone about their garbage cannabis. If I knew someone that could test the items I bought I would. I'm sure the results won't be the same they claim they are selling. So don't waste your money on this site.

So the things I've reader true I ordered 2 days ago never received a tracking number and no one will answer any emails they stole my my like a lot of others stay away from High Club this company is now a scam stealing your cash.

I have been buying on highclub ca/org for years and I never got scammed. Their strains are good if you know what to order. I don't know why some people say they got scammed, probably liers, their customer services always helped me on the online chat.

Had a Canada post worker forge my signature and my package never showed up. That was over a month ago and they’re ghosting me. I’m fresh out of high school and just got scammed for half a rack

They give you faulty discount codes then they don't answer when you ask questions seems like a place ready to get shut down due to poor customer service..

I experienced the same issues that were stated in other reviews, wrong information, no response for days, almost 3 weeks for half of my order to be delivered. The other half of my order is delayed due to no stock and no response when they expect stock to arrive. When I ordered this, there was no indication that they had zero stock. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting, and get this, they are still taking orders, taking e-transfers and NO STOCK!!! That’s just wrong.
If they don’t have stock, say so and I will order something else.
BTW, I know it as high club.org

Absolute scam.
I bought a box on January 12th 2023 and never received any email that the order was received. The money was taken off my credit card and until this day (February 1st 2023) I have not received an email about anything to do with this product.
I have written them on every social media account I can find and through their email contact on their website since the day I bought it, and I have not gotten one reply.
Do not fall for the scam.

It is now highclub.org but it has gotten worse than ever. They lotteraly ripped me off around 250$.

I can't believe how good the prices are on this website, not to mention how fast they deliver and how good the product was. Don't even get me started on how generous they are with their free samples and promo codes, I got enough stuff for 420$ that I could sedate half of Calgary twice lol. I tell my friends they're fools if they don't get in on an order with me.

Put an order in last night and remembered to check some kind of reviews online. Was able to cancel and not get screwed. Thanks to everyone for their reviews.

one of the worst company! no response for more than 5 days. when they answer us, they tell us that they never received our transfer but he had accepted it the same day ......The manager says it's because his brother is dead and these employees don't know how to do lol I bought Pink kush Trim AAAA .... 0.5 POUNDS. And that gave 4g of hash and I'm generous! Crap products. It didn't smell good and far from the Pink kush !

Plus they offered a free gram of shatter! ARK! It tasted like fir, spruce, forest! One gram in the trash! I'm lucky I didn't buy a 14g as I wanted 🤣🤣

Everything is terrible--if you want to contact them they dont answer. If you get free xpress post shipping, it wont matter because they take several days to give your order to canada post anyways. Products are typically bad, I always get a artificial scent from it. I dont know if they think thats a good thing but good bud does not smell like citrus or any of that fake stuff lol.

When they first started up as a buisness they were a great company but now as a steady customer for a while i will be switching due to the constant increase in their prices. Same or similar strains for higher prices, not my cup of tea no more. They also had a point system that they got rid of. Also at the beggining of 2020 i havent seen any of their coupon codes for the past almost week. Sorry not sorry im outta here with my $

they don't care about the customer at all.
they over charged me and now are arguing with me and blaming me for their website not working properly. they lied and didn't send me the whole order like they said they were going to if i sent them an additional $48. i paid $56 for something i should have paid $48 or less for. they have also basically told me i should be grateful.
i will never ever be ordering from them again. and I'll be making sure everyone i know will never order from them either. they are scam artists and liars. I'm going to be contacting my lawyer.

I buy 4 ounces at a time and am disappointed with the amount of shake that is included as buds. Very disappointed with the fact that I have to complain to get any kind of compensation because of they're lack of concern for the buyer who buys from the internet.
Whatever the reason for the shake included in at least 3 of my ounces. I'm talking about a 1/4 of it shake in each ounce, with another 1/4 as smalls. Nothing on the website says it is shake or smalls, so I expect to receive good bud, not shake!!!
Granted I'm buying cheaper bud, but still I have had other ounces that are full of good size buds being delivered with shake weed, so they know.
If I'm paying the same prices for each I shouldn't get shake in some.

Got burned to many times. There are other mom's on the internet.
Like they say "Buyer beware".... For sure.

guys for over a year. They're flower was decent. Until this happened.....

Bought an ounce of 3 different strains that i thought could be good for the price but they sell popcorn garbage. Well the tables have turned from this company. Customer service is a fail.

Save your $$ and go somewhere else. Still lots of decent MOMS out there.

My first time with a MOM. Ordered 3 ounces. Delivery was quick(I live in Vancouver BC where most of these MOM's are based)The cannabis quality was very good, everything weighed exact,(no extras unfortunately) Overall I was impressed and happy with my transaction. These guys are worthy of respect and having your business.

These guys are honestly awesome! They give amazing prices and provide 15% discount on your 1st order (and up to 20% off for bigger orders) to save even more, which was surprising to me. Some of these people complaining should read the site before they order as they notify that sometimes certain strains are out of stock which happened to me once. But overall, for the price, speed, and selection, HC is hard to beat!!!

Garbage product they say on there web sight 10% off first orders then if you dont order AAA they dont give it to you I ordered from them was garbage popcorn crap when I emailed them they said that's just how our stuff looks NEVER AGAIN.
