Bigot

This person claims to be LGBQI+ friendly but just treated my friend horribly. If you believe people should be treated equally then do not do business with this intolerant moron. We need to take action! I'll show proof to the communities this can't go on she's in tears.

Victor J. Bloomquist is a Con Artist Kept $4000 of my Money

The man that owns this shop and does tattooos "Vic" has conned me twice now. First he did my my chest tattoo. He added a border around it which I did not think was going on my skin, then noticed too late and my tattoo was far from what I wanted. Promised to make good and never made an attempt. I tried talking with him about a year later and he acted like he had no idea who I was. I paid a $3000 deposit for the tattoo and he used up about $900 worth of it. Still owed me $2100 so figured I'd get more ink out of my deposit. Not the case as he "never did my tattoo." That was in his head, he did it indubitably. I was dumb and wanted to sleeve my arm so went in and talked with him awhile later he asked for a $2000 deposit, cash like the first time and still "didn't remember." I thought a mental condition or too much drugs perhaps. His lining was good and he convinced me to go to the ATM. I give him 2 grand and had a few more sessions, he starts remembering my girlfriend and I. Said he'd give a better deal but has no record of me. Even though I showed him correspondence through my phone, pictures with my shirt off in his shop and other incriminating things. He'd brag out how people left money there and forgot plenty of times. He pocketed it. So good job on my arm and had plans to do more with the recent deposit of $2000 which he used $400 of. COVID hit. We didn't talk for awhile then I thought about some ink therapy and sent him a text.He said something about not being able to do tattoos because of restrictions then hinted towards doing it illegally as long as i stayed quiet. I didn't think twice made a remark or so leaning towards "let's do it." All of a sudden it spins back on me like I'm extorting him for my own money illegally when I was being faceous. He refused service, refused both of my deposits and threatened me with legal consequences. I was very disappointed and didn't feel like I could do anything about it. I've let this go for some time now, but Victor J. Bloomquist needs to be held accountable for not only felonony theft he committed in my case plos more charges a DA will add, but bragging about it happening before and the others he most definitely plans to scam. I could really use that money now and I've had to face plenty of hardships where a few grand would have went a long way. Had to bring it up, he's based in Redmond Oregon, only accepts cash and if you trust him to keep it highly doubt you'll see it again. His business is called High Desert Ink LLC, website is above. I haven't made any official calls aside to my lawyer, but he owes me ~4,000 dollars in service and I can't put a price he owes me for his betrayal and dishonesty on top of ruining the first tattoo I see every day. Highly reccomend against ever stopping by. This is the start and I'm not sure if anyone else has spoken up. There will be investigations and I have solid proof. Business needs shut down and he need to pay up period. "Dr. Vic" should not be allowed to touch patients nor run a business. 1 star for the con, dishonesty for me cancels out any good he did at his job. 1 start for my chest tat won't even rank the most recent as he does not deserve praise.
