Loved this brand
Loved this brand - haven’t baught from them for a year two. It’s always Quality great clothing. I was surprised by how long it would take to ship this time. I believe I’m on two weeks. But I was told it will be early next week. They have always been true to their word in the past. I’m glad this local business is doing well.

I think the pricing of items is really fair and affordable.
Love the design.
I placed an order on 25th November and it stated it would ship within 5-7 working days. Which I think is a great time frame.
Unfortunately, it’s now the 9th December- 16 days later and it has only shipped today- after me emailing 6 times to chase an update.
I don’t mind being patient as I understand that it’s a busy time of year, thankfully my order should arrive in the next 3 days and will be here in time for Xmas.
But I would be aware of placing an order now as I’d say it’s very unlikely it’ll arrive in time for Christmas:
Can’t comment on the quality as it hasn’t arrived yet but just giving my honest experience so far.

your order would have been sent, and hopefully received by now? i had a friend help me with customer service over the last month as i normally do it myself but just had to print all day, and when the kids broke up from school my wife answered as many as possible but so so many, i emailed out 4/5 updates throughout December but you might have only received the first 1 or 2 as i expected your order to be out before christmas
i promise i have worked every possible hour to catch up with orders, we had 4.22 months worth of orders over black friday so i've just printed and packed as fast as possible
and tried my best to update people as much as possible
i have sent a req for order info so i can check better for you

Solid customer service
I've bought things through HD before, always been happy with the quality etc. but this time the service has marred with slow dispatch.
However, after I chased I was greeted with excellent customer service, quick responses, empathetic, personable etc. just all round solid which has 100% retained my custom.
A big shout out to Debz in the reponse team, she's top tier.

we print and make everything ourselves to order, no wastage, everything is printed and made for you in our own unit, we normally work in 2-3 days but over november things went a bit crazy

Not only do I love their designs, but the product is high-quality and durable. I live in the US and get questions and compliments all the time about where did I buy these T-shirts. The only downside is shipping takes awhile due to Trump and tariffs.
