Trainers never arrived
Ordered a pair of Nike Air Dunk low trainers for my son, when I recieved my son decided he wanted a size up so started the exchange process which I have to say was very good, both sides kept in regular contact & new trainers were sent out......this is where my problem has arisen. The new pair never turned up, they were sent by courier and had to be signed for, apparently the courier have refused to help & now I'm out of pocket to the tune of £260+
Highendlocker are not being greatly helpful, I'm not using this company again & wouldn't recommend them!!!!
