Disappointed Loyal Customer.
I have been a customer for many years but feel that this may not be the case in the future. The company has changed ownership and now it appears that the regular monthly offers are more limited and the recent price hike on some items was astounding! Even with membership discount it's worth shopping round for these products which surely defeats the object of membership? I'm just wondering if there will be any other changes which will affect customers.

I have dealt with this company for many years when they were at Burwash and been a loyal customer. . They used to be very helpful but my recent experience when phoning customer services shows that they now don't care at all. They are disgracing the dedication of the founders of the company - Brian and Celia Wright. I will not be ordering from them anymore.
