No help in fraud issue
Very poor service. At the best incompetent, and at the worst a scam company.
I am not a customer of highgames.online.
Neither is my mother.
However, she is the victim of card fraud, and several payments were made to 'highgames.online' in her bank statements.
I contacted highgames.online to ask them to find the account of the person using the card and block them from using it in the future, and provide a refund.
Instead, the customer service reps were very unhelpful and didn't seem to understand the situation written in plain English.
Despite many emails, they misunderstood what I asked.
For example, at one point they told me there was an account with an active membership created on 3024-06-15 with a 2 EUR deposit.
I told them that this was a fraudulent account and they replied that it is "impossible for an account to be created without your direct action".
This clearly isn't true, as the account is fraudulent.
When I asked them for details of the account, they asked me if I would like to create an account, rather than giving me details.
I have had a number of similar exchanges with them, and they are not one step closer to understanding what I have asked - or they are pretending to be unaware and simply refusing to provide details of the fraud.
Every reply I have received has been from a different customer service representative who has misunderstood the message in a different way.
