I have enjoyed this vade mecum/collection. A rather good idea as a small gift.

In the seventy years before he became king, there was time for Charles Philip Arthur George to pursue his interests and develop his opinions, whether on sport, music, the arts, architecture, farming, gardening or conservation. Having taken on a new role, at an age when most people have already retired, King Charles brings a lifetime’s knowledge and experience to the job. This book presents the wisdom the monarch has acquired during his long apprenticeship, told through his own words.

The book is very interesting and presented well as publication. I especially liked that it matches my other two books from the series of this author that was unexpected to me.
