I loved the bone China mug and bespoke pillow I ordered. My items were ordered from the U.K. on a Monday and arrived problem free on a Thursday!

I never received my purchase. I paid duty fees and received nothing in return. I’m very sad.

Stunning garden - and a delightful lunch,

A wonderful day out to celebrate a special birthday. The day was well organised but relaxed. The guide the showed us around the garden was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and amusing. The lunch was delicious all served by excellent staff. The table was beautiful set with lovely crockery and glasses. What a privilege to visit the garden of our King and Queen.

Had high expectation but was a bit disappointed. Having 11 full time gardeners I would expect a higher standard of garden but some of it’s a hotch potch. The places where the gardeners have been given free rein the best (yellow yew topiary and cosmos beds).

We booked a visit for a specific date and time. When we turned up at the agreed time, the gardens were closed due to the extreme heat. They suggested arranging another date, but as we were just passing through, we couldn’t accept that and asked for a refund. They wouldn’t agree to this because they considered it a no-show! There went 100 pounds!

Fantastic site, great shopping experience, shipping is quick and easy to the States. Remember you will pay tariff to the States as your item moves through DHL. Lovely product selections from food, gifts, etc. I am a huge fan and it supports the King's Trust a very worthy cause

Order easily placed on-line & quickly received acknowledgement. Was advise when goods were shipped with a link to check & an expected delivery date. Order arrived securely packaged. All in all a most positive purchase.

Placed an order for some wine and it arrived within two day’s that’s service the wine was very nice to.

I purchased a hamper (tea for 2) for a little over $100. The shipping to the US was $60. Then when it arrived, I had to pay DHL $38 more. The shipping is too expensive to buy in the US.

Liked the product on arrival. However on first picnic outing realised that as the waterproof backing isn’t attached to the blanket material, the rug tends to slide especially on a slightly sloping site … not ideal. Would have given more stars otherwise.

When I purchased this product, I didn't expect it to reach me in 3 days due to living in the USA! I loved the flavor and this product went on my cinnamon raisin bread and was delicious! I will not buy this again due to taxes and duty fees etc. That brought the price up to about $80! However, I loved trying it and it is absolutely delicious! Thank you.
