Highland Broadband were the first company in this area, to offer full fibre directly to my home. They are friendly, efficient and easy to get hold of. The process included simple sign-up for the government grant under the Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme (paid directly to HB) and the installation was easy/very quick on the day.
Its now been running for about a month and i have had no problems at-all. I opted for the Gigabit 1000 service because i do lots of huge uploads and the speed is fantastic.
The router was easy to configure and its WiFi 6 delivers faster throughput than my old/previous BT Home Hub, although the WiFi cannot deliver the full bandwidth that is available on the 'line'. As i have chosen the Gigabit service, i use wired ethernet on my home network, which does indeed deliver the full 1000 Mbps.
Excellent service, its perfect for my work and so long may it continue.

The Highland Broadband staff have been terrific throughout the transfer and installation process. I had regular updates, letting me know the progress of the rollout in my area, the occasional phone call about the switch of my service provider and the lads who came by to do the installation in my home were knowledgeable and efficient.
On top of that, I really should mention that the service itself if fantastic. A definite upgrade on my previous Internet connection. I get a solid connection throughout my home now, when before I had to stick to the 'good' rooms when doing something important.
The final cherry on top? I'm paying less per month now. Can't say better than that.

Broadband was fitted on the agreed time. Was quickly installed and It's run perfectly since then. We had an issue with our phone line. But was remedied straight away with one very helpful phone call. I Highly recommend. Far superior service than we ever received from BT

Been with Highland Broadband a few months now and i have had nothing but outstanding service from them , even when i have had to call support i have always been connected to an agent within 60 seconds who has understood my problem and took action to get things fixed .
I had a router problem to start with and they sent out an engineer to replace it and get it all up and running again as it should.
5* for outstanding speeds

Spoke with Claire at Highland Broadband regarding the change over of services from Sky to HB and while it was my error on set up and I had elected to manage the cancellation myself she made me feel human and seen in our call and was empathetic and informative as to how and why this happened. I should have engaged HB to do it and it certainly would have been in good hands. I felt like I spoke with a real person who made me feel appreciated and valued. Thank you Claire.

Michael and Stephen arrived in good time and installed my broadband in an hour. They made a very neat job of it and explained how the new router worked. Can’t fault the work, they did an excellent job. Would recommend.

The very first time I phoned highland broadband customer service it took about 45 mins and I was not a happy bunny, just phoned them now and they answered the phone within 3 minutes, what a difference. Keep up the great work guys . 🤗

I'm preparing for installation next month when I finish contract with the present provider. I have had contact several times with HB agents and it's such a relief to speak to someone in this country. It is also great that I never have to wait long to speak to someone and they have all been so patient with me! I always have questions and they will go over everything until I understand, always being so easy to talk to.
