Very disappointed with the new packaging
As ever, no consultation with regular customers, and aiming for a younger customer. Even though I did quite like the actual product contents themselves, I won’t ever buy from this company again, as the packaging was the real genuine, appealing and very appropriate aspect for definitely deciding to purchase. Having worked in the trade mark industry, I think this new packaging will mean that most customers familiar with the old packaging will be either disappointed with it, and that it is so far removed from recognition of the original products, that it seems to suggest a whole new range and company altogether. And as such it removes the incentive to buy completely too.

I have very sensitive skin and I initially liked the Wild Heather & Nettle body wash as it was moisturising. When that ran out, I tried out the Heribdean Seaweed body wash and that dried out my skin VERY BADLY. It’s made it really flaky in some areas, and even lotions aren’t enough to moisturise it at this point, and I’ve only been using it for 2 weeks. I reached out to them and never got a response.

I used to love these products in their classy packaging but was so disappointed in the new style, they look like something you would buy in a supermarket.

Having loved the lemongrass and ginger liquid soap we visited the shop in fort William which was full of fabulous things and a great cafe. Well done for creating a great product and experience.

The soap itself is luxurious and worth the money. I have had 2 issues now with the pump dispenser not working at all, and had to decant from original packaging. I contacted the company who proceeded to ask me if I had turned the pump to the on position before bothering to ask for a new pump! Customer service absolutely appalling. Poor packaging and even worse customer service !!

This was my first order and Gillian sent me the new customer discount code. My order arrived perfectly packed both inside and out in just 2 days. The products are generous and beautiful. I have since sent my sister an order as a gift. Would highly recommend. !!!

Partner and I recently stayed at a caravan site in Fort William who actually had their products for guests to use. Loved the scents and the shampoo/conditioner was amazing on my partner and I’s hair. Also enjoyed the hand soap. On our last day we actually took a trip into town to buy some for coming home! Kind of pricey, but definitely worth it.

I've bought homemade soap, body lotion, lip salve and bubble bath all great products. The honey and whisky one smells amazing and the lavendar ones a strong second. I've bought the soap as gifts often and have made it the main soap for bathroom handwash in our home I just buy 6 at a time 1 bar last about a month. I like that most of their products are in eco friendly packaging.
The products work really well, and I will continue buying from them.

Prompt delivery, item well packaged in recyclable material. I bought the Bog Myrtle night cream, it’s smells fresh, herby and pleasant. It’s not a large pot but a little amount goes a long way. I used on my face first and initially I didn’t think it was anything special however after 20/30 minutes that changed and my face felt very soft and moisturised. Then for the legs, wow, mine are very dry and rough, a small amount of this cream made so much difference, my skin felt comfortable and the tight feeling was gone. I can recommend this product, I love it.

My sister who emigrated to England from Zimbabwe 26 years ago, gifted me with four bars of soap from The Highland Soap Company. I HAVE NEVER HAD A SOAP THAT MOISTURISES MY SKIN SO WELL!! I have used two of these wonderful soaps, and have asked my sister to purchase some more for me which I will bring home for myself. I just wanted to thank you for an amazing product!

I have spent hundreds of their products, for friends, family and me, it a go to present.
My review is for the Wild Gorse body wash - I purchased it for my sister birthday, not sure if the labels had been mixed up, but it did not smell of their gorse products, it smelt like their Hebridean product, sister used it and it made her itch, their other gorse products are lovely. My favourite is the sweet orange and cinnamon.

An order for soap and conditioner set was placed following a misleading email that suggested that there would be a fee upgrade and delivery within 24 hrs. It turned out that it was the upgrade to 24 hour delivery (which was not achieved!) that was free, with a £3.95 charge for delivery applied. When raised with the customer service centre it was pointed out that only deliveries of £40 and over get here delivery - which is advertised on their site. The email was not clear and if it had been, an order may well have been placed in excess of £40. As it is, I am left feeling misled and cheated and very underwhelmed by the customer service experience. I would be wary of buying any further products from this company and warn other prospective customers to be similarly wary of misleading promotional emails

Bought the mini guest soaps, Wild Bramble lip balm and the Scottish Bog Myrtle night cream. Can honestly say I'm really happy with everything received. The night cream especially as it was a great price and filled to the brim of the jar, excellent value for money. Also everything was received within 2 days from ordering. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I really wanted to use this company and like their products but my experience with the seaweed and mint shampoo bar hasn't been great. It arrived quickly and was nicely packaged but those are the best things I can say. I've used the product for a few weeks as they recommend but it's not been good for my hair at all. It's made it like dry straw and it was left looking lank and greasy at the roots. Within 24 hours it was greasy at the roots and looked awful. So this product definitely isn't going to be for me sadly.

It’s always a nice surprise and experience to use their products. I’m constantly fond of their room fragrance and hand lotion for quite a while. Will recommend to all & consider wider range of their products!

Great customer service and lovely products. And while I agree that the lack of 'mix and match' on the multi-buy offer is a negative, if you contact them, you might find they can override this. I was very impressed with the communication.

Worth a visit regardless – just to have coffee & cake in their excellent, spotless, café. Good gift shop as well.

Soaps are amazing had them delivered to work address and my colleagues loved them will make a lovely gift for my Scottish mum, thank you brilliant service too

Delighted with the lavender soaps I purchased and the tips that were given to help prolong the soap at its best .I have already purchased more products and will certainly be buying more in future .

I have used the various hand washes for a number of years. Really good quality and lovely scents. I don’t have a shop near me but I stock up when I see a shop on day trips and holidays. On this occasion I purchased the Lemongrass & Ginger hand wash and the large refill on line. This is a for a birthday present and I wasn’t going to be near one of the shops. When my order arrived the pump on the bottle had snapped off. I called the company and they said they would send a replacement. Not once did they say it’s only the pump you are getting. Once I heard I was getting a replacement I poured the contents of the damaged bottle into my own bottle. Pump only arrives and now I’m in a position where I have this big refill bottle and no smaller bottle to fill. I now have to re think my birthday present or buy another smaller bottle. I was offered 10% discount on an on line order but would have to pay postage as the order would be under £40. Surely in the spirit of good customer service a replacement bottle should be sent. This is the last time I will purchase anything from this company. They have lost a customer although I’m not sure they will be bothered
