After the Create and Craft mess I was hesitant to order through shopping TV but I trusted Hobbycraft. Ordered Cadence paints through Hobbycraft TV but didn't receive the order. Hobbycraft TV pursued this but when I eventually received the order, an item was missing, even though it had been ticked off on the invoice as included. Once again, Hobbycraft pursued, only to find out the item was not available, even though it shows as available on their website under the Cadence brand name. All this took almost a month rather than the stated 3-5 days and Highlight seemed happy to keep my money. Hobbycraft
were great but I will never order any thing from Highlight again.

Highlight crafts is one of if not the best Uk based craft companies around. Al the team there work together like as if they were family and that applies t the way they treat their customers as well. Their customer service is brilliant with no question, query or issue is too trivial or silly sounding and they respond back to any queries very quickly with very helpful, informative and friendly replies. The company isnt a big corporate with hundreds and hundreds of people but a very close knit team who clearly love what they do and see things from a crafters point of view . This enables them to stock only products they know will work well for crafters instead of just a random product pushed out to customer. The relatively new social network live they do are an inspired idea as it means that customers can interact with comments live to the studio where members of the Highlight crafts team are showing their product. The Club Highlight 'scheme' is a great thing too, as its free and easy to join and for free you are then privy to automatic discount on products, special deals, exclusives,and all sorts. On their site their is a wealth of how to and craft a along videos as well as ideas on their blog, so with Highlight crafts you are never cast adrift without a raft so to speak, with a product and they is so much education and inspiration . Product deliver times [ even to a little island in the middle of the Irish sea is a matter of days and for me personally although some products are classed as UK only, I have been informed that usually a lot of them are shippable to where I am, it is only things like the usual type of non flyable things like sprays etc. I could go on and on[ well I have really!] and fill the whole site with how highly rate the company but I think the best thing I could say about them is that they care for crafters and their needs because they are crafters themselves and so know what type of product crafters want to a tee KC

I have been with Highlight Crafts for years. And I can honestly say they are the best craft company out there. They cater to all crafting styles offering not only great value for money but educational too. For the last year, they have stepped up and have offered daily live shows. They are both entertaining and educational. Their shows are available across social media as well as on their website and YouTube channel. There YouTube also has hours and hours of free classes across many themes.

What would I do without Highlight Crafts. Every single person who works there is absolutely wonderful, always very friendly and knowledgeable.
Nothing is too much trouble. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I bought a Scan n Cut from Highlight Crafts and I made a boo boo in my order by confusing them with the email addresses (long story). Chap at customer services was amazing sorting it all out and I had my order the next morning. 5 stars from me.

It is the very best place to visit, for one to one crafting, or going to the Academy for a full day crafting,
It is a very friendly and de stressful place to visit
I wish I could spend more time there .
Once you pay a visit you will most certainly want to go back.

I am absolutely hooked on the two red Robbins dies and the printed artwork is fantastic, they are a joy to use and give so much inspiration that I could play all day. Delivery time is fantastic, and the website is really easy to use. Prices are very good value for money and highlight crafts are now my go to crafting company

Already wrote a review jan this year and have bought many things since with the same high service, but something happened recently that just made me want to highlight there brilliant customer service again.
Around a year ago I was desperate to get hold of Delha the border collie die but it was out of stock and I could not get it anywhere, so I contacted Highlight crafts directly they said would check and they got back said sorry none in stockroom .
So imagine my surprise when few days ago I got a email saying they had found a old demo die and would I like it how on earth did someone still bother to keep and look up that previous request. I was over the moon that is what I call looking after your customers superb service Thank you so much Highlight Crafts
