Placed an order received confirmation…

Placed an order received confirmation 8-12 march delivery date.
Those dates came and went, no contact, so I emailed, still no contact i emailed again still awaiting any kind of contact.
I will report this company to trading standards.
Thieves basically.
Purchase at your peril.

Late order - no reply from Company

Hi High Point team,

First time buyer,
I placed my order on the 19th of February (order number: #1204) and have emailed for a delivery update twice and have not received a reply from customer service. I have been forced into writing a review I don’t wish to make in order to receive a response.

I understand the delay is most likely due to staffing issues and the growth of the company but I need an update and don’t wish to waste any further time emailing - the Shop App does not allow me to view the status of the order or its location (it just reads Order Placed Standard) - The time for delivery after purchase was advised between Friday, Feb 23–Tuesday, Feb 27 - it is now the 12th of March.

Your products have amazing reviews on its benefits but this service has been very disappointing and I would have doubts on placing another order in the future. I know this company’s heart is in the right place but you need to address these issues and customers concerns around product dispatch.

Please see that someone reply’s to my emails and that the order is dispatched.

Recommended by a GP friend to try for anxiety & general back pain. Today i returned to the gym for the first time since covid. The difference is nignt & day. Will definitely be ordering next month again. Great service, fast delivery.

It is with some sadness that I write…

It is with some sadness that I write this review (on 2nd February). I have placed several orders with Highpoint for CBD gummies - never had a problem and I did feel I derived a benefit from the product, hence the repeat orders. My last order was placed in December. As usual I ordered four tubs - total cost £48.50. The money was taken from my bank on 29th December. The order was eventually received mid- January - that wasn't a problem, I know the company had abnormally high levels of sickness. Unfortunately only half my order arrived. I have emailed the company three times, starting on 19th January when the order was received, without acknowledgement and tried to phone but calls go to a mailbox which is full and unable to accept further messages. I am retired, living off my state pension and this is money I can ill-afford to throw away. My experience when working within the SME sector for many years was that if a company does not acknowledge its customers in any way (answering the phone or email), that company has serious problems. I hope my order will be completed or a refund issued but maybe I'm not optimistic.

As mentioned via email, we had a very rough christmas with sickness in our team and a few lost parcels, with over 400 orders it was a difficult time. We're sorry it took an incredibly long time for this to be delivered.

Amazing products

Amazing products. Have really helped with pain management especially for arthritis several family members and friends. My mother loves the products and has reduced arthritis in her hands down so much she can wear rings she hasn't worn in years.
