Overall, the experience has been positive so far.

My requirement was to find a retirement, lifetime rental apartment for my Uncle (in his late 60’s). Ideally, I wanted him to remain in the same London borough - he has lived in for the past 30 years! Luckily, I found Highpoint Senior Living! The apartment he lives in has been renovated to an extremely high standard. We were offered a premium service from start to finish. The team are always available for any landlord queries and always deal with matters promptly. For peace of mind, value for money and the ‘personal touch’ - I highly recommend Highpoint Senior Living. The daunting aspect of searching for a retirement pad - can be overwhelming! However they understand the needs and wants of the over 60’s market. I am happy to say; I found a place where my Uncle feels safe, remains independent and continues to be part of the local community. It has also been amazing watching him make new friends, in his new living environment. A new start / chapter all begins for him at nearly 70!. All thanks to Highpoint Senior Living!

The team at Highpoint made the moving process extremely easy and straightforward. The property was in good condition and all elements of paperwork and process were swiftly dealt with by the team.

We are very pleased with the assisted living property for our Mum. It has been finished to a good standard, newly decorated, with new carpets. Mike has provided regular updates through the whole process and has been easy to deal with. Mum is very happy.

My journey here was a smooth and efficient one thanks to Mike, who is a very kind and understanding landlord. We hit a few rocky patches when I arrived through no fault of Mike's and he did his utmost to rectify the situation and now I feel it was worth the wait. Everyone I have met is so welcoming and friendly but top marks go to Jason, our Manager, without whose support and care, I don't know what I would have done. Jason you are a very special person, very highly thought of and you go far beyond what is expected of you to help in any which way you can. A massive asset to our homes and ourselves. Thank You.

I cannot recommend HighPoint Senior living highly enough . Mike has been outstanding . Always at the end of phone constantly advising status updates. Nothing has been too much trouble for him . Flat is absolutely beautiful with new carpets and blinds plus newly decorated walls. This downsizing could have been a very different experience if it wasn’t for him . I would give more stars if I could ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Just fabulous.

Mike is good at communicating, very quick to respond to queries. Carpet and rest of flat cleaned to a high standard; small details… missing/not working light bulbs dealt with immediately.

Mike is genuine, friendly and helpful and clearly wants to provide a good service for tenants.

He certainly made it easier for me to find a good rental and complete the formalities quickly and effortlessly.

We are renting a retirement flat for my Mum through High Point Senior Living. They have been extremely professional and friendly but also really down to earth. We have been dealing with Mike who has made the whole process stress free with his excellent communication and honest approach (we have never rented before, but it makes much more sense for my Mum to rent now instead of owning a flat) The flat has been decorated to a high standard and we are really happy.
