A good grounding and up to date
I found the training very informative and easy to progress through at my own pace. The testing along the way helped to affirm my understanding and an actual certificate at the end is sufficient proof that our organisation is investing in training its people to at least a minimal level as required by our H&S guidelines.

I enjoyed the training
I enjoyed the training, it was very informative and I learned from it. I would have however liked some notes I could have printed off to remind me of the different lessons it was a lot to take in.
Now I have to find a similar course that helps me make all these posts

Food Safety level 3.
Great course work considering it's on line. Easy to follow and go through the separate modules. Found it ideal to be able to pick-up and do various modules in a period of time rather than all in 1 session. Test section was tough in some cases due to time between modules and would have helped to have taken notes along the way. This could be mentioned on early slides.

Good training in terms of covering the basics
Good training in terms of covering the basics. I do think a printable handout would be helpful so that you have notes to take away and refer back to. I also felt that the quiz questions, while they checked you were concentrating, didn't focus on the right things. They required memory of very specific facts and detail of thresholds etc, which in reality can always be looked up. It would be better to check that people know what to look out for, the warning signs, and when to seek support or make a referral to a safeguarding lead or agency.
