Helpful course
I thought that the course was very informative but quite long. I found the summary after each section helpful as a reminder of what I had learned. I felt that the legal advice was probably more appropriate for an employer but was still interesting to know. The posters and downloads were very helpful tools that you could use as reminders in the workplace. I also like the fact that you can re-visit the modules. I enjoyed the course. Thank you.

Easy to Navigate and speed learn
I did the RIDDOR course and it was easy to follow and very informative. I have used other courses in the past and always found them to be efficient.

Very basic introduction.
Gave a very basic introduction to PAT testing but did not cover how to actually undertake a test.

Good little refresher course....
Good little refresher course as I have completed numerous Customer Service qualifications over the years but it is important to keep up to date and I found the course quite useful.

Lengthy & repetitive
The course is easy to use & effective but unnecessarily repetitive of information that isn’t significant. For example telling you what areas you’re going to cover and then what areas you have covered for each section. Also the videos seem to repeat what you have literally just learned.

The course covered all the essentials as expected. I wasn't very keen on the spoken delivery, I felt it rather monotonous; I ended up turning off the sound and just taking notes from the screen, which served the same purpose.

short term courses are effective being easily scripted and understandable. Very user friendly. The immediate certification is a good advantage. Receiving the printed certificate by mail to my doorstep within 48hrs is commendable.
