On multiple occasions 1 occasion she is not very friendly all the other employees greet you with a hello when you walk in the store she didn't and still dosen't 2nd occasion I bought a sandwich and wanted some mayonnaise lettuce tomatoes I was told she only had mayo packets the following I came in and bought a cheese burger and asked other employee to put mayonnaise lettuce tomatoes and onions and they did it with a smile the first employee is a assistant Manger the second employee was not management. what I trying to say here is your buying a sandwich that has to be made why can't she put the stuff you ordered on it I even went as far as asking the store manager if they had the mayonnaise the previous day and she told me yes as the old saying goes one bad apple will ruin the whole bushel so I think you need to get rid of the assistant manger

This company is not a business to be trusted; they have found a way to cater for the german speaking market; taken people with their scam offers and follow up calls; what else but scam can you call this, when it repeatedly appears in this forum with the same modus operandi? anyway the company is not responding in a professional manner SO PLEASE stay away from Cardione/ Highstore, also with their contact details outside of scope difficult to sue; a normal package - goods to be delivered do NOT require additional insurance inside of Europe-not even for returns -ist es nicht komisch, dass soviele Pakete verloren gehen; serious businesses would never use this as an excuse for failed shipments or parcels not being delivered; if you have legal insurance like we do you can take up legal proceedings as otherwise they wont stop

my order is shipped but after a week the wrong tracking is sent to me! (FAKE TRACKING)also the customer service is not responding!

I paid for my order, the payment was confirmed, and yet they never shipped it. They never sent an email saying that they shipped it or anything. Avoid because the customer service is terrible, I've been trying to contact them for a week and they are just ignoring emails.

i made a purchase more then a month ago and it was insured .they claim that if the package does not arrive in a month then they will send another package for free as insurance.ı e mailed them numerous time as i did not get any answer .

Scam. Avoid at all costs , customer service leaves it to desire better. Complete disregard of consumer rights law. I have little to no concern to your made up terms when the law clearly states that you have to deliver the goods or offer alternative in case its not fullfiled within 30 days. The alternative they offered "sure fire away go report us".

I admire your atempt to save your reputation unfortunately the only thing that will help you is maintaining consistent, reliable service. Rebranding from orange chems to highstore doesnt change the fact. Soon enough this account too willbe removed from trust pilot - here is the truth you asked for.
