Brokers / Carrier stay far far far away…

Brokers / Carrier stay far far far away from this company. Their system will show completely wrong information regarding your equipment's. Information that will show is wrong information and their employee is very limited to no knowledge of their own operation. Stay Away.

That is the reason why Highway.com has not Claimed their profile in Trustpilot. ;)

Genuinely bad service

Genuinely bad service. Absolutely no help when there are issues. ELD Connections drop constantly and any info on how to reconnect is locked away and not public information. Their own portal will tell me that all ELD's are connected and operating fine. But then on the other end, they are getting issues of no connections. Trying to connect and update by removing and adding the connection will only mess it up even more. There is plenty of freight and plenty of issues in transportation. This company is just giving more issues raising the costs of shipping.

Highway is the absolute WORST for small…

Highway is the absolute WORST for small businesses! They are costing me money every day that I can't get into my account because the owner is out driving and can't access the office computer to do it's stupid facial recognition and I have every authentication piece they ask for but no still can't get in. I absolutely HATE Highway and their customer service that services NOTHING from their call center in India or whatever country they are in.

Active motor carrier with 6 trucks

Active motor carrier with 6 trucks. Our company has been unable to secure freight for multiple days due to unresolved broker-facing restrictions on Highway.

We submitted requested ownership and insurance documents, made repeated calls, and sent multiple follow-up emails. Some data was updated, but the main access issue remains unresolved and brokers still cannot approve our company.

This has caused real operational disruption, lost freight opportunities, and driver downtime.

We are simply asking for a clear explanation of the exact remaining blocker and timely resolution.

Never-ending security measures causing HUGE disruptions to operations

Account was registered under my name, office phone number and email. Because I am on the road, my office / fleet manager has always had access to the account under her name. Suddenly, she is locked out because they cannot verify her identity using biometrics. Now we're told that multiple users is prohibited! The website implies multiple users. The only 'help' option is through email. A different rep responds to every email. None have a real solution. Being told every user has to have a separate email and phone number. This is not a solution

Highway is on a powertrip and they're fully addicted.

Highway is on a powertrip.
I hope all brokers understand highway is not the best solution for their business. They are excessive and constantly overreaching it's rules on carriers.
Without any evidence(because there wasn't any) they suddenly made an assessment that my email was compromised which was 100% untrue. My email was never ever ever compromised but since they just think it was compromised then it was true for them. Brennan who is one of the developers or possibly a rep had me go through some steps which I completed but after completing the 3 steps he asked to complete additional steps which I did but they still have my account pending.
As I've said they are power tripping but it will be very short lived when brokers can't book or use reliable carriers because of their overreaching / excessive days by day policy changes.

Spamming inboxes and illegally requiring submission of personal data.

This company spams everyone and refuses to remove emails form their spam list, even if CAN SPAM act requires companies to give options to unsubscribe.

They illegally require to provide photos of passports and/or IDs to unsubscribe, which should be investigated what they do with this information.

I hope that some attourney company comes with a class action lawsuit to teach Highway a lesson.

We have been operating as a legitimate…

We have been operating as a legitimate carrier since 2021 with no history of fraud or stolen freight. Our business was flagged by Highway due to an automated “IP overlap” affiliation, without any evidence of wrongdoing or fair manual review.

Communication from Highway was inconsistent and at times sent in different languages, making it difficult to clearly understand compliance concerns or required actions. This lack of clarity caused serious disruption to our operations and resulted in lost loads and broker relationships.

Additionally, the company lists a Dallas address that appears to be a shared mailbox location and is not clearly identifiable on Google Maps, yet strict assumptions are made against carriers for shared IPs or affiliations. This inconsistency raises concerns about transparency and fairness.

Compliance systems should protect the industry, not punish legitimate carriers through automated assumptions without clear explanation or meaningful appeal. Highway needs better transparency, consistent English communication, and true human review before damaging businesses.
