I'm unsure how people can give low ratings for this company. I have shopped with Hihouse many times and everytime I have been very happy. If something has gone wrong, they are quick to sort it. There customer care is one of the best out there. Hihouse go out there way to make sure you are happy. 🙂

Have ordered alot of times from here and has always gone well so decided to give them a review, I order my cat food from here as its the cheapest i can find it and it always arrives when it should. The order is packed well and contains loads of freebies for my cats. Good company in my experience

Purchased laundry baskets. Have to say after reading these bad reviews I have the complete opposite view. The service has been excellent, sorted out an issue with the delivery address immediately. The problem I had was with DPD the delivery company lying about trying to deliver the item. Hihouse service was excellent. Would definitely use again, and a great price

Placed order and paid delivery fee for next day delivery but received email today saying item is out of stock and will arrive in 2 week's time, I would advise people not to use this site at all.

This company is brilliant i had a small problem and they sorted it out straight away Highly recommend

Ordered 24 squeaky dog toys for our Jack Russel who has one every morning (she's got colitis)they cheer her up,great purchase alot cheaper than pet stores or Wilkos for same good boy brand,after seeing a few negatives on Trustpilot felt I had to put a good one on,I ordered Tuesday pm and large well packaged box was delivered Friday morning, £1-99 delivery charge too,can't get better than that

No goods received after waiting 4 weeks, despite initial delivery date of 3-4 days. No communication from them as to why delayed. No phone number to contact them.
Keep well away from this site!!!

I have used this company for a while now and every time they charge next day delivery and I don’t receive my order for weeks. My last order came with cat meat and not dog meat. Once it took a month and it’s happened again. I won’t be using these again as they do not reply to any e mails.

after chasing my order and loads of e-mails,my order came after a month, then i only part of order came, very poor wont order from them no way and they still owe me mony

I placed an order on the 26th july; they took my money but never sent the goods. Do not reply to my queries either!

Extremely poor service and place is a total shambles, will never order from again. Took best part of 2 weeks and endless chasing to get 'next day delivery' of cat litter. Eventually it arrived (the 6 bags i'd ordered) and they had sent me the much cheaper version cat litter advertised on their website, and NOT the more expensive version on their website I had ordered. They also sent it to the wrong address (address next door fortunately). Had to re-package (at my own expense) and wait in for them to collect the order they had wrongly sent to me and eventually got a full refund. Nightmare experience from a very shoddy company.
