I deposited cash from my pay pal $100., but when I went to play it said account was frozen. $98.in redeemable coins + 100 deposit and no access to it , no explanation, no help or correspondence at all just stole my cash with no regard. Such a scamm... these sites should be illegal since they steal from people and there's nothing you can do about it..

I arranged to go to Hijingo for my birthday on Feb 13th. I initially purchased 8 tickets in January, reduced to 7 and received a refund. I then had to reduce to 6 and have never to this day received a second refund, regardless of them saying they have sent the money back. My bank checked every payment platform and the money is nowhere to be found so now I have lost my payment, why should I?! it may not be a fortune but it is the principle now that they are refusing to do anything else. Have been quite rude, and I have now lost my money!

This is not acceptable and I would warn anyone from booking and going to Hijingo as they clearly wash their hands of you and won’t refund even when you say you haven’t received it!

I would not give them another penny and would warn anyone off of parting with their money.

Nothing to do. Get the experience and don't go again

While the experience had potential, I found it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I had heard great things about prize winners, which heightened my anticipation. However, the event included just two rounds of bingo, and considering the price I paid, I realised I could have bought five similar prizes from Temu.

Additionally, I was disappointed with the bottomless brunch drinks; they were not available as advertised - they only have 1 bottle on table u til the end. It was also frustrating that we had to leave without taking the prosecco bottle with us into the bar area, leading to some suspicion about the quality of the wine served as do they just fill the bore up and why can't we take it to the. bar area???

If you’re looking for something to do, it might be worth a visit, but I suggest considering the value for your money. Two games felt insufficient for the experience.

Horrible customer service & company.

Horrible customer service. Waffling about T&C’s but not protecting their customer base. My family and I tested positive for covid on the day we had a booking, having felt rough the night before. We tried to get in touch with HiJingo via their phone lines but it went to an automated system with no direct access to speak with an employee.
We were going to request a re-schedule of our booking.

They got back to us later that evening, literally an hour or so before our booking and said we cannot reschedule nor get a refund due to T&Cs (basically scamming their customers to make every penny possible).

So our deposit has gone down the drain. HiJingo clearly do not care about their customers wellbeing and could care less about their service. For people visiting this place, do not go with vulnerable members in your family because there’s a high chance you’ll catch covid, since providing proof of a positive test doesn’t seem to bother them enough to reschedule a booking and they’ll just take your money.

Or if you’d like, just go with covid and cough on every corner. Up to you really.
