Good stuff!

I don't usually have sleep problems but I am trying to really optimise my sleep and get the best sleep possible to support my training and recovery. A friend highly recommended the new Hikaya Sleep Powder to me and I decided to try it. I have been using it for two weeks now and I noticed a difference in my sleep on the first night. I didn't wake up in the night and woke up feeling so refreshed. I dream quite vividly when I take it which I need to get used to but other than that, I highly recommend it.

Changed my life! …

I am usually sceptical about this kind of thing but Hikaya has changed my life. I used to wake up in the middle of the night multiple times but since taking Hikaya, I have slept through the night every night and wake up feeling SO well rested. I highly recommend it.
