I received my shoes quickly &love them! They have become my favorite golf shoes because I actually feel in touch with the ground & have better balance. It’s actually easier to walk downhill without the thick heel soles of my Brooks pushing me forward (especially after having both knees replaced!) I wear them all the time. I love how light my feet feel.

Do NOT buy from them or their affiliates
The shoes are actually pretty good. Great for running and all sorts of activities. However, the customer service is terrible and order fulfillment. Always getting extra shoes shipped and charged for wrong colors other than what was ordered. Then after returning the shoes no refund. Terrible company and have been trying to communicate for over 3 months to get it corrected. Do NOT buy from them!

After reading multiple low star…
After reading multiple low star reviews, I know that I'm not the only one with issues.
1. My 2nd order of 2 pairs came with 2 different sizes.
2. Searched online for customer service information, nada.
3. Went to Trustpilot and found out I'm not alone and will now take this to my credit card company and not waste any more time trying to switch my order.

I love the shoes!
I love the shoes! There are so many styles and colors to choose from! Unfortunately, we measured my feet wrong so that the shoes are a little bit tight. I can still wear them but for a shorter amount of time. I will be ordering more shoes in the correct size in the near future!
Shipping was very fast and the way the shoes were packaged was VERY nice!!

Careful men’s sizes are smaller than Chinese footwear. The US size 12 is more like an 11 or 10! Returs are complicated and expensive!!

Do NOT buy during their sales…they screw you over
I placed an order during their buy 1 get 2 free sale for $99.00. When my order arrived I only received 1 pair. I had a few conversations with their customer service and was eventually told the additional shoes failed to attach to my order. They also stated they cannot add those shoes after the fact! BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM DURING A BOGO SALE. THEY AREN’T WILLING TO CORRECT ERRORS.

Not totally hands free
The ad states hands free shoes, but when I put them on the laces needed to be tied which I have to use my hands for. So the shoes are not hands free. They are comfortable and fit well. My left foot is 8 1/2 and my right is 8 so these shoes make both feet happy.

Well if you've read any of the other reviews what I'm about to tell you will not come as a surprise...DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
I have terrible feet (waiting on surgery for both feet). I was hoping to find a pair of shoes so I could at least go shopping. Hike looked pretty good so I bought a pair.
When they came they were to small. I contacted them and they claimed that they would be happy to take my shoes back. They offered me some bogus mechanism for return that didn't work. I've contacted them several times since but they still haven't provided me with a return method. Save your money people. This company is not interested in your satisfaction. To quote Steve Miller:"Go on take the money and run". That's what you'll get. Empty pockets! I wouldn't even give them one star but one is the lowest it goes. For me thats one star too many. No sense of shame, no sense of pride in product. Their attitude is: if it fits first time out, then great. If not take a flying F... you ain't getting nothing back but words. My words on the other hand cost me$178.00. BUYER BEWARE!
A little further down it asks when this ocurred. Truth is months now.
A couple of days after I posted this review: Hike (as in; take a...) sent me a reply full of platitudes about; 'oh we're so sorry...blah, blah, blah. Replacement shoes did not arrive, nor did reimbursement. What a terrible company. They dont care about you. They just want your money. They take no pride in product, they just want your money. Aside from platitudes...they just want your money. So the theme is: dont buy from take a Hike shoes because they just want your money. No service here just jack offers. Save your money.

Buyer beware!
Hike Footwear may have had, the minimalist and zero drop barefoot shoe I was looking for, however I never really got to put it to the test. After my initial order, which resulted in the need to return shoes that were too small (sizing can be tough for 11-12 women’s sizes), the rest of my customer experience was awful.
I strictly followed Hike’s directions to do a return for my money back. However, the customer service’s slow responses to my requests for a return “approval” were replaced with other “deals”, mostly for buying other shoes. These deals included a return option of a very small amount of money back. This resulted in my not getting any of my money back for the 3 pairs of shoes, despite that they were “qualified “returns per their stated return policy. The unwanted “deals” for return just kept coming. They obviously did not want to do a return. There were no phone contact responses, despite “setting up a scheduled call as provided the online website”, and no real person to speak with in order to resolve the issues.
In the end, I lost all my money for multiple shoes. After my response to get 1 pair of shoes in a late “deal”, there were no responses at all- was ghosted. This company has significant problems with customer service and I will not try them again, nor recommend them at all. Buyer beware!
