Love the shoes, but I inadvertently ordered the wrong size on my first pair. Not sure this has been resolved because I emailed a request to exchange for a larger size. Then I sent a second email for... See more

Why do they allow companies to sell products when they come from overseas? But do not mention that in their ordering form. Too many companies are doing this. And I continually read how bad they are. Yet 5 stars sometimes has a long review. Do not trust those, especially if there are many. " helpful "postings complaints

I bought a pair of Hike shoes for my 93 year old mother. They did not fit her, so I attempted to get permission from Hike to return them. They asked questions about the reasons why I wanted to return them, and then have stopped responding to my emails. There is no customer service phone number. It is obvious that they want to run out their restrictive return/refund policy deadline of 14 days. So I am stuck with these brand new shoes that no one can wear. Do not buy anything from Hike!

The only complaint I would have is the option to return for an exchange without shipping costs. The good news is I love the sandals. Very comfortable except I ordered 1/2 size too big. I still have worn. Match perfectly with jeans.

It just took a very long time for the shoes to arrive to my house once I ordered them. I did not realize they would be coming from overseas. I thought the warehouse was in the USA.
Now that I have them, I like them. Feel very natural and comfortable.

The shoes are great. My feet appreciate them. I'm going to be putting some miles on them.

I received 3 liners for my shoes. 1 was perfect, the other two are gigantic. Please let me know how to return for my cash back.
Thanks, Rosie McGraw

Very poor customer service!! my shoes are too small and they do not offer any larger size. They offered to send me another pair of shoes that I could never get into as a compromise. They also offered me a 30% refund which I think is total BS. Do not trust this company.

The shoes are very comfortable and unlike any other shoe I have owned!
My wife is 74 and I am 71 we order oor shoes the same day. My wife wanted them to help with her balance issues and she is very happy with the results! I have bone on bone in both knees and will have a total replacement in Nov. The shoe have helped tremendously with my pain when walking and I prefer them as my house slippers. I have spent $150 to $200+ on all types of ortho and cushioned shoes and I did not get the pain relief I was paying for!
We love the result we get with our HIKE shoes and will not purchase any other brand!

I bought two pairs of your shoes. I've only worn one pair so far, and they are pretty comfortable. Almost like I'm not wearing any shoes. Very light weight

I received the 2 pairs of shoes I had ordered. I wear a size 12, so ordered a 13. My toes bump up against the end of the toe box.
I have emailed the info email address 3 times now, starting with the day they were delivered, asking how I can exchange for a larger size, and no one has responded to me.

I received them sooner than expected and they immediately felt better than any shoe I have ever owned.

I want a refund and to return these I’ll-fitted shoes. However, you do not offer a FULL refund! Who does that!!!?? You must know many folks will request a refund!! Not right!!

The shoes are comfortable to wear every day. The shoes run smaller than I’m used to. Size W 8 usually run roomier for me in most brands.

First, know that the shoes run very small. The exchange process has taken FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS. I was forced to order a different style and size. I had to email every few weeks to get an update. I was always replied to nicely, but it was always something why I wasn't getting my replacement. I will come back to leave another review if I actually like the shoes since I still haven't received the replacements. I did get a shipping notification today. We'll see.

Needed to return one of the pairs for a different size I followed the instructions on your website. No one has gotten back to me on how to initiate the return
Order # 2486163 . It’s been a week ! Can someone else help me with this? You don’t make returns and or exchanges very easy.

The shoes are very comfortable. I am getting used to a zero-drop heel. There is plenty of toe room which is what I was hoping for. I ordered 1 size larger than what I normally wear, based on previous reviews, and I am glad I did that. Overall comfortable.

I received the wrong size and tried to exchange for the right size. I have gotten partial effort of customer service to correct the problem & then they ignore me. I have requested a refund. I think they will ignore that too. Angry & disappointed in this company. I can’t rate their product because I can’t wear what was sent.

It took more than 3 weeks to receive the cheapo shoes. Had to email their customer service bot 7 times over a 6 day period to get a return label. Kept my post office receipt because after having to make 7 requests for a label, I knew Hike was going to try to screw me. They received the return more than 7 weeks ago and refuse to issue a refund until I provide tracking info--for a product which has been in their possession for the last 7 weeks. By the time Hike demanded tracking info., the post office receipt had faded so much that it can't be scanned and I can't read the numbers. The post office did a couple of hours of research, trying to find a copy for me, but ultimately they were unable to recover tracking information. The email chain now runs upward off 20, none of it getting me closer to a refund. The syrupy/sorry/we feel your pain emails from Hike are almost as annoying as their product is trashy. Don't buy from these scammers!
