You get no return/refund info with your order. When you request a return with refund, you get email responses asking why, then a replacement proposal. Then, when you a really unhappy they propose a 30% refund only. Their policy states (buried in the FAQs) they will provide a FULL refund if you contact them within 5d. I did - they didn't. With this unique shoe(they wont work for everyone) they need a better and more clear return & refund policy. Or at least abide by the one they have.
Shoes are a scam , identical ones can be bought in Temu for less than £10. Shoes have no support and are very flimsy and have me foot pain immediately, then I tried to get a refund after wearing the shoes once as their website states there is a 30 day return but you can only have you money back if shoes are unworn and to get a refund you then have to pay to return the shoes all the way back to china. Avoid this company at all costs
I have a company with a similar name to Hike Footwear and get dozens of calls about returning these shoes. We politely tell people to try the Hike Footwear customer service number because we are not the same company. NO ONE ever answers at Hike Footwear. We also mistakenly get sent shoes daily that we have to write "refused" on and return to sender. I personally think this is sort of a scam because of the non existent customer service and their refusal to correct the contact information when I made them aware of the problem. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD BANK AND STOP PAYMENT AND THEN EMAIL THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.
I ordered a pair of shoes through this company website and paid $60. The day after i received them while looking for new work shoes I saw the same shoes I just paid $60 for on amazon (through the same company "Hike Footwear" for $14. Needless to say I was fairly upset. I will not purchase again, I dont like being ripped off.
I reviewed the other day as I wish to return my purchase. Hike responds with yet another email address that bounces back.
Please if anyone has a return address let me know.
I don’t like the shoes and I struggled to try them on.
The company advertises this shoe will help with planter fasheitis, I bought a pair, there is zero arch support,so they do nothing for this condition. And to return them, they want them sent to china, insured, and a tracking,at the buyers expense. They were sent to me from washington state us.It would cost me more to return them than I paid for them. That is a terrible way to treat a customer.Buyer beware, their advertisement is not true.
I placed an initial order that took almost one month to receive and when received was wrong sizing, not as described and cheap in appearance. I immediately requested authorization to return and was told to keep them and they would replace at no charge. They provided a new order # for replacements however refused to give tracking # and when searching their website using their new order# it states couldn't locate new order. Additionally, when searching Amazon for these same shoes, pricing is almost 1/3 or the prices I was charged through the Hike website. I am strongly thinking this may be a scam operation who sells $10 shoes claiming they list for $120 and then offering them @ 50% or more off in order to fraudulently induce customers to buy them. WARNING!!! Do you due delingency before buying anything from this company. Possible Scam!!!!
I left a negative review. They had a generic response. I wrote to them with no response. This company is possibly a scam.
When we ordered our trainers it said that there were 5 pairs in stock. In fact they are not in stock, they are not even in this country yet but this company had already taken our money. There is no phone number, just an email address that they do reply to, but only to tell us how good they are. We have been waiting over 3 weeks now and still no sign of our order. My husband has even tried to cancel the order but gets no acknowledgement
I wanted to return my purchase under the Company’s 30 day returns policy but I am getting no response to my emails.
I would not recommend anyone ti risk buying from Hike
Have been trying to get someone to contact me regarding return of an order. Cannot get anyone to contact me. They have all these rules stating that in order to return an item they must look at everything concerning this order. I sent in a negative review previously about the first pair of shoes that I received and received an response back stating we are sorry and we hope that you will let us rectify this issue. Okay, help me. Still have not heard back regarding first issue and no response regarding my return. People, you can get them on Amazon and be guaranteed that you can return them.
These outdoor boots, Wandeva Flex - Skridsikker og universel barfodssko til vinterbrug (vandtæt), fits perfectly, and is a pleasure to walk in them, but they are ABSOLUTELY NOT WATERPROOF, and this is a great disappointment, and this is fraud, as they are promoted as so in your advertising. In snowy weather or wet grass, they just absorb water and if I didn't wear woollen socks my feet would be absolutely cold and wet. And this is my experience since beginning of december until now. And I have tried to prepare them with silicone spray during Christmas, but it doesn't change the fact, that these shoes are soaking wet walking in winter-snow, and absolutely not shoes for European outdoor winther, or rainy hiking. And they even dry very slowly in cold areas when not on your feet. I have two pairs. And my second pair is perfect relaxing for indoor shoes, I recommend that. But it was not the purpose. The purpose was to have two great fitting pairs of winther outdoor shoes in different colors to change between.
Ordered three pair of shoes in my regular size. But two out of three pairs were too small. I wanted to return one pair and exchange the other one for a bigger size. They offered that I can keep the shoes, send one pair in the bigger size and get a refund on the last pair for 50%. When I asked what the return address was, they gave an address in China.

They claim to have multiple manufacturers in Europe. Why can I not return the shoes to a manufacturer closer to me?
The shoes are very thin and they were too small.. that's not my fault..
