Enrolled you into a subscription even…

Enrolled you into a subscription even when I selected ‘I do not want a subscription’ and then initially refused a refund until I said I was getting my bank involved.

Edit: After I submitted this review they attempted to blackmail me into deleting it, by threatening to withhold my refund. I received my refund after I informed them I was submitting all of the conversation to ActionFraud.

Additional edit: As the company has asked me to provide proof for this review, I will be copying and pasting below the blackmail text.

‘Regarding the refund, I'm confirming we have initiated the refund amounts back to your original card on 2025-05-14. With your cooperation, this process should be complete within the next 5-7 business days and all funds returned.

Cooperative Support but Needs More Clarity

I encountered an issue with a transaction, but after reaching out to customer support, my case was escalated and handled by Neela, who was helpful and assisted me in finding a solution. I appreciate her efforts, but I hope for more clarity regarding payment and refund policies to avoid such situations in the future.

DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.
They scammed my father twice, with this website and with another one called "alwaysgogame".
They sent an email to my father making him believe to pay 2 euros to have more gigabytes on his smartphone that he needed, instead he found himself subscribed to these websites and without 4 euros on his credit card (maybe they would have taken more money if we had waited some days more)
Besides, they fooled us telling us that they were going to cancel the subscription, instead they didn't.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, they are writing them, I'm sure.
Hoping to be helpful to all of you people.
