Unauthorized Transaction

There was an issue with transaction which is unauthorized from my side. But after I reached out they replied with a positive mail which they will refund full amount to my account.
Whilst I don't like unauthorized scheduled transaction, I appreciate the way they replied and solved the issue professionally.
