I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Deval from Hike POS to integrate Hike POS with Woocommerce. From the beginning, Deval was extremely helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to get the integration setup. The process was far from easy but Deval provided great support with an attitude that made the process far less painful. I had been struggling with the integration for over a week, but with Deval's help, we were able to get it working in no time. I'm extremely happy with the level of support Deval provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to integrate Hike POS with WooCommerce.

Hike POS is a robust, user-friendly, multi-platform point-of-sale system. The Shopify and Xero integration in the Plus version elevates this POS software to the top of the market. It is appropriate for practically all retail businesses, particularly SME's.

So, I was looking for POs software for my brother’s business, I came across many platform but all must have one Issue/ condition or the other. I have big issue with Hike today, the point of sales system does not pick up the right quantity for me to process sales in store. I have chat with the customer support team for a while and it does not get resolve until I have requested to talk to senior support team, and I received a call at 2:27pm from Mustan, account manager, who telling me that is the issue from Hike back end, and the Technical team is looking into this as a high priority. He told me he will escalate the issue with tech team and hope to get back to me with an update by today evening or tomorrow. I told him all 4 of our stores are frustrated with the issue as all my stock quantity will be wrong if we have to sell the item via custom sales and not from the right quantity data base and I will have to do manual adjustment tomorrow after they fixed the issue, so I hope he can help to talk to Tech team and fix this today. and around 3:50pm, I received a call from Mustan telling me the issued has been resolved. I tested and it is really fixed. I am appreciated the help from Mustan and Tech Team.

I recently had a few queries on a syncing info to Xero and questions on reporting and no matter what time of the day, evening one gets answers immediately or if not then a ticket is generated and that ticket is than resolved of which you are notified. Really first class support service. That is what differentiates good software from excellent software.
