Great jackets and great service. Ordered twice now and had no issues
Ordered a size too small for my husband for Xmas. Returned this and ordered another. Only slight downside is that they don’t do free returns. I was kept informed about delivery and the new jacket was received promptly. Return was processed and refunded quickly so all sorted and my husband is very happy!

First purchase from Hikerdelic and really pleased with the experience. I ordered one of the limited edition Tim Burgess jackets, originally in large. When it arrived it was too big and I didn't think there was any mediums left in stock. However the team managed to find one, sent it out to me promply and it's great, I'm really pleased with the jacket.
Exchanged a couple of emails with the team while sorting it out, and the emails were friendly and prompt which is all you can ask for.
Would recommend Hikerdelic to friends and will certainly look to order something again in future.

Jacket was too small and missing the separate waterproof storage bag. No response to emails. Unfortunately a credit note issued valid for 12-months and no refund when jacket returned. No items of use or wanted to use e-voucher. Very disappointing experience.
