Avoid this company i ordered a HILEY EVO GTR they sent a HILEY EVO BASE MODEL i returned this and they said they shipped the scooter which then said delivered but was not! All i received was the ACCESSORIES
they are not being helpful they offered to replace but i just want my money back at this point and they are making me do so manh things
Avoid Hiley at all costs. They took my money, delivered a completely defective product that does not work, and refuse to fix the situation in a timely manner. Support reps Chen and Luci have shown zero sense of urgency, constantly stalling instead of providing a working unit or a refund. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products.
