Now I realise why they have so many 1…

Now I realise why they have so many 1 star reviews 🤦🏻‍♀️ I placed an order on their website and didn’t receive it . I contacted them a few times, they said I have to contact the delivery service, which I did. After trying to get in touch to them a few times, they returned my money. I’ve been waiting one month for nothing. Now I placed an order again and got an email saying part of the order is sent and for the other part they sent a return. They don’t even have Tommy Hilfiger in the UK, if you order anything it comes from outside the country but you are lucky if you get what you order. Never use this website again!

Discussing Company

I can not belive how poor this company customer services is, its a complete shambles and they have absolutely no care for you as the customer. I ordered a pair of shoes for my partner on the 19th December 2023 and over a week later the parcel still has not been delivered. When I called Customer Services all they said to me was thet the item is delayed and it will he with me soon. Now correct me if I am wrong, surely you as a company are supposed to know exactly what is going on with a customers order. I then called again to ask for an update and was told that the is still with customes, I then asked so what does that mean for me? The rude lady then said " sir your just gonna have to wait". I could not belive the rudeness of the advisor.
So to date, over a week has gone past and I am still no closer to knowing when the parcel will be delivered or if it has even passed customes. I would recommend all people, never to order anything from this company as they are a complete joke. They do not deliver on their promises , they have no manager to speak to when you have an issue and then they are rude to you on the phone when they can't provide you with an explanation to the delay with your order.

I cam see them going under very soon as they are behaving in a desperate fashion and fighting tooth and nail to keep your money when you demand a refund for non receipt your item , they have you jump through lots of hoops before you are able to get a refund. To think, I haven't received my order and rather they just send an email to their courier to ask for the item to he returned, they say that you have to wait for the parcel to he delivered first then you have to then refuse it. What a ridiculous process, especially when you don't even know when or where the parcel is.

Please steer clear from this joke of a company as you will find yourself in problems and not one staff member will try to help you. They will fob you off at every opportunity and repeat things to you in parrot fashion as if you are a child. I would never order anything from this company again

Tommy Hilfiger offers expedited…

Tommy Hilfiger offers expedited shipping options. I paid 35 dollars for overnight shipping during the holiday but my items shipped 3 days later. When I contacted customer service they told me it doesn't matter what you select for shipping, that they require up to 3 days to process. How is that fair to the customer? They gave me the run around and refused to refund me the expedited shipping cost. I won't be ordering from tommy hilfiger again

My Dog Max.

Ridiculous.

Yesterday I went to St James Quarter, Edinburgh to do my Christmas shopping. St James is the most central and modern shopping center in this city. I always go everywhere with my best friend - Max - a wonderful Golden Retriever. So far everything is perfect.

As always: I walked around the shopping center, went to Black Sheep Coffee, John Lewis, Hugo Boss, Zara, Aeronáutica Italiana and finally Tommy. Always with Max. We arrived here and shortly after entering the store a diligent employee came to inform us that Max couldn't be inside the store so we had to leave. I didn't even understand it well but he repeated it again. My reaction was complete surprise. It was the only store that denied us entry.

And this is a brand that now even has an equestrian fashion line...!!! My dear Tommy Hilfiger managers: Update your behavior and rules. But for me Tommy is over. There is a natural bond of loyalty that was definitively broken by you. It was good while it lasted. Be happy.

Lasted all of 5 months!

Bought a pair of jeans in Portsmouth Tommy Hilfiger in July. Now in December and despite minimal wear there is a hole in the crotch. Super unimpressed! Jeans from cheaper high street brands last longer than that. Won’t bother with the expensive pairs anymore.

Unavailable Stock/Faulty Items/Slow Shipping

I recently purchased online items via Hilfiger Australia as a Christmas gift & paid additional express shipping to get it in time for December 25.

I received an email two days later to advise my package was on its way. However, one of the items was missing from the order.

When I queried this, I was lied to & advised that the item was being “sourced” from another warehouse.

Another 3 days after this I received an email advising that the stock is unavailable for the missing item & offered a “free shipping code” in its place. The original package still hasn’t arrived even though express shipping was paid for. A total of 5 days. I now have to find another present for the person this item was intended for. The entire reason I purchased early, online & opted for express post was so I don’t have to battle the shopping centre crowds. Now I have no choice but to.

About a month ago I also purchased a hoody. It was faulty - unable to remove marking on it & the pill that came off it in the wash was a sign of a low quality garment. Again it took about 3 weeks for return & replacement. Some items run really big, others run way small. There is no consistency to their sizing across their range.

The online experience & reliability of this company has taken an absolute nosedive. Up until this point I have purchased a lot of their clothing. After this, I will not be purchasing any more Hilfiger items again.

I would avoid this company at all costs if you want to avoid headaches & guaranteed disappointment. Your only other option is to visit in person if you can be bothered with their limited in store range.

Zero stars. Avoid

So slow... Everytime!

Whenever I order, I always leave a good 2 weeks until the date I need the item, especially for Birthday Gifts, Christmas etc...

But, you can guarantee, everytime without exception, this will be the first thing ordered and the last to turn up, usually cutting it right to the wire.

I currently have an outstanding order, which is day 7 and counting, still no sign of the parcel and nothing showing on tracking....

Will it get here for Christmas... Who knows? That is the stressful game of cat and mouse you play when ordering from Tommy Hilfiger, especially at this time of year.

It's just a bit naff in a world where pretty much every other brand can get you your items next day.

Horrible experience and customer…

Horrible experience and customer service. Ordered on the 27th. Still not delivered on the 14th. How can you charge for delivery when you've such delays? I was told it was due to a busy period I have still not received my order 18th December Also their tracking is non-existent. Won't be ordering again. I am now trying to get a refund

Absolutely horrendous in store…

Absolutely horrendous in store experience this morning. Picked out the items I wanted to buy and was told by the manager there was a technical issue and I was advised to come back. I was told to come back in 10mins which I did. I was watching the clock as it was my last purchase and my kids were with me. When I came back I was told my order had “just been cancelled” and I might add there was as at least another 10 unhappy customers also waiting at that time. The order had been cancelled by the manager. Tommy Hilfiger Mahon Point…keep waking past…

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE …..

I REALLY wish I had of remembered why I choose not to reorder anything online, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DONT ORDER ONLINE I have been lied to 4 times by customer service, The company keep saying the parcel has been shipped which it hasn’t, yes they provide a tracking number but that doesn't mean it has even been packaged up yet never mind shipped, I placed the order on the 02/12/23 and was told at that time my order would be with me in 3-5 working days only to receive an email after there very generous 30 minutes cancellation deadline had past to be told they have a back log and the item wouldn’t ship until the 08/12/23 ok so if it ships on the 8th I will have it by the 10th as its first class signed for , so the 8th comes and goes and still no movement on the “tracking number” so I contact TH only to be told I was sent an email with information about the back log and it included compensation that was offered (I will try and include the email at the end of my review it’s a good one) so I can’t cancel the order or get it any sooner and was told again my item had shipped and I would receive it on the 11th ok great so I hang up expecting the parcel to arrive on the 11th like I was told so the 11th passes and I call today 14/12/23 again it’s still with customs being processed (customs was code word for the warehouse because she couldn’t even tell me was it TH customs or parcelforce customs she actually had no idea where the parcel actually was) she then tries to blame parcelforce again at this point i actually asked the her do they go threw training to be the most ignorant, arrogant, rude, disrespectful and unhelpful people they can be just to wind people up and cut the call (she told me if I wasn’t going to let her speak she would cut the call I told her I was trying to explain what has happened she then spoke at me again and said she was going to finish what she was saying and I had to be quiet which made me even more annoyed. All she had to say was listen I’m sorry we have a backlog something should have been done or said about it at the time you placed your order (I told her I wouldn’t have placed the order if I had of known but I guess that’s why they waited till after the 30min cancellation policy before they sent the email) I apologise but there is nothing I can do it’s sitting in customers and we can’t get it back or move it on but it will hopefully be with you in the next week instead of, speaking at me and over me, threatening to cut the call if I didn’t shut up and stop trying to explain why I rang in the first place and let her repeat the same Information that had nothing to do with why I rang to start with and tell you that parcel force are to blame (Parcelforce haven’t even received the parcel yet so hardly there fault) I will NEVER place another order and I will more than likely never even buy from a shop again in case something happens and I have to contact the company again. For such a big company they sure don’t put any of the money they make back into the company for staff training as you can tell by the other reviews for them

Date of order 27/11/2023 i have ordered a jacket via website. I received a email shortly that confirm my order. 11/12/2023 i am still waiting for my online purchase but there is no notification. Online support not really helpfull. I will definately not purchase again from Tommy Hilfiger.

Avoid using the website

Avoid using the website if you want quick delivery. I have been waiting 10 days for the order to ship. The website states 4-5 working days for delivery. I contacted customer service and was informed that it is still being processed at the warehouse with no indication of when it will be shipped.

It took 10 days before my order was…

It took 10 days before my order was sent and now it's going to take another 5 days to be delivered, should have bought from a local store will never use this website again. Customer service live chat is never available to chat with anyone.

Placed an order on 1st December. Tried to cancel within 10 minutes because I found another version of my item somewhere else I liked more, didn't get a response so I went on livechat and they told be because I didn't contact them within 30 minutes there's nothing I can do... what???
So I thought nevermind, I'll just go with this one. 4-5 day delivery window so I wasn't concerned.
Still no dispatch confirmation, so I got on Live Chat early last week, 25th in queue, got down to 16 and got kicked out because 'operator is busy' so I called them instead, and I got told they're experiencing high delays, so I asked for an estimate on the delay and she said she knows less than me, and that I should just wait for my dispatch email.
The fact that there are people on here also complaining about this that have placed orders way before me, makes me concerned that I will not even receive it before Christmas.
It's now the 9th, no response to my original cancellation email, no update, no nothing. But they managed to find the time to take my money from my account. Thought Tommy Hilfiger was meant to be a good brand...

Shambles of order delays.

Again, like most people here, the delay in receiving the my order and lack of information is dreadful. I placed an order on the 30th November, I have sent 3 emails with NO reply, i have telephoned and had to wait for 20 minutes and I have been on the live chat, 18th in Line. To be told because of Black Friday and Cyber Monday there are delays. Also no mention that they operate out of the Netherlands and not the UK. I certainly won't be using them again.
