Only used it once but everything was good. Easy booking system, cleaner was flexible and professional, definitely not the same as a 'professional cleaning service' but good for the price and good to know they get a fair wage. Would recommend.
The personnel cleaning does not have any education in cleaning and are students or young people - who I'll any day support as long as its worth while - but the cleaning level is too low and they are too slow compared to professional companies, and in the end is much more expensive.
It is easy to book and nice to choose who is coming. the ones we have had were thorough with the cleaning and punctuality. we are very happy to use Hilfr and will definitely recommend them.
