Hiline Lighting Reviews 

As of yet we haven't installed the LED products however my experience so far is second to none. I called on Friday, quite late close to 5pm as I had some questions before I made my first order. I spoke to a technical gentleman who talked me through each component and advised which would be best for my project. I made the order as he spoke to me. Everything was made very simple and the costs were very reasonable for each part I needed. After the conversation I finished my purchase on the easy to use fast website. I couldn't believe my eyes the next day when my order arrived... I wasn't expecting it until at least today. Everything I needed was neatly packaged into one box and I had downloaded the online Pdf instructions, together with my notes I made Friday I am now very excited to instal my LEDs. Thank you very much. Excellent customer focus.

I have yet to buy the LED strips from Hi-Line, but I have been in constant contact with them regarding the technicalities of installing an LED solution in my Kitchen.
I can not fault them, in fact quite the opposite, as they have been fantastic in their continued email/phone support to me, which as a non-electrical person has been invaluable in ensuring that when I do buy the lights, I feel confident that everything will work together.
If you are uncomfortable with soldering and connecting up LED strips, pass your measurements onto them and they will take all the hard work out of it by doing that side of it for you.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company, superb support so far.

I bought some LED Strips for a home project and after some extensive research bought from hiline Lighting, as from the spec it looked like a good quality product! The delivery arrived on time and when I got stuck with installation the after service support was fantastic! No automated system, got straight through and has some professional and friendly advise. I purchased some LED RGBW light and drivers from HiLine and requested that the led strips be cut to length and attached together with length of cable. This was done as requested and then as I needed the light next day, they were shipped at companies expense.. Polis responded to all my queries promptly and kept me updated on the status of the order.. Defo will return back for next purchase. Ohh and the lights are superb too..

I've been trying to find sensibly priced tristar led colour changing bulbs for a long time.
I needed 2 to replace winter casualties in our garden lighting - problem solved with no fuss and excellent comms thanks to hiline!
