HM3 Legal, in particular Frances Williams and Shannon Ashley went above and beyond to handle my parent's estate. I am overseas and they were able to use technology to keep the process moving forward and to save me having to make trips to their office. They communicated clearly via email, and addressed questions and concerns in a very timely way. They let me know when someone was out of the office and there was always a person to contact in their place if need be. When external processes took less time than anticipated they moved things forward as soon as possible rather than adhering to the planned schedule.

Due to a restructure, I was leaving my role and needed some legal advice. I was recommended to speak to HM3 Legal who would deal with my request professionally. The advisor I spoke to was Deana, who explained all the legal jargon and broke it down into easy bite sized chunks. Also gave me some advice on what to expect next. I had long divorce proceedings which I found to be very complex and at times difficult to understand. Holly Thomas was great at explaining everything and giving her advice, she put everything into plain English for me to be able to understand. Holly was always available, always able to give me direct contact.
Robbie Oates was also great at keeping me updated throughout and nothing was too much trouble.
