Highly recommend, both the service and the use fo the machine totally first class!

The machine really helps with swelling and discomfort, I found a lot of comfort in using it.

The team was amazing and delivery, pick up super organised.

I was initially in two minds of getting a Hilotherm device, weighing up the cost, benefits of it and trying to see different alternatives. After doing some research, of people on social media platforms etc. I was very happy I took the plunge and ended up getting one. For me it was a life saver, I ended up getting it for 4 weeks in total, it helped massively with pain tolerance and comfort. It fit snug and you can adjust it to fit accordingly, I think 3 weeks for me would’ve been perfect but rather be safe than sorry. I would highly recommend it, it may look tad bit costly but genuinely there’s not a price you can put for comfort, pain management and also helping with the swelling. I don’t know what I would’ve done without it. Would recommend highly, communication with the company was easy, they are very informative and helpful. My only “note for improvement” would be the straps I found after a lot of use, adjusting etc. started getting loose towards the end but then again I did get it for 4 weeks so did getting excessive use. Think spare straps would’ve been beneficial but overall I can’t complain and thankful for how it helped me through my initial stages to recovery.

There was a part missing from the mask preventing use of the device initially but it was replaced swiftly and I couldn’t recommend the device more to aid recovery and swelling from jaw surgery

Highly recommend Hilotherm! The machine provided me with great and immediate relief after my Jaw surgery. The whole process was very easy, the machine arrived in time so it was waiting for me when I came home from hospital. The instructions were easy to follow and the machine was easy to set up. I hired the mask which was unused in the end as the hospital provided me with my own - I wasn’t expecting a refund but the team provided me one! I wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

Equipment arrived as promised, easy to set up and helped my daughter with recovery from Jaw surgery. We took home from hospital the cuff but ordered a spare in case. New cuff was not used and returned , deposit and cuff refunded on day machine was returned. Highly recommond this company and equipment.

Excellent service, super-efficient. I didn’t need any painkillers after 4 hours of major dental surgery, just the hilotherm mask and a range of natural supplements recommended by my dentist. Highly recommend Hilotherm.

Rented the machine to help with my mum’s recovery after a knee replacement. It helped with the pain relief. Hilotherm were very easy to deal with, quick to respond when we requested a weeks extension to the original term and the delivery and collection were arranged as agreed. Would recommend.

Used this after jaw surgery for the first few days and it worked really well. It helped to reduce swelling (and I had a lot of swelling). I was able to return it effortlessly after a week and my deposit was returned without me having to chase it.

Excellent customer service from start to finish . Hired hilotherm device and purchased facial cuff with link for bi lateral jaw surgery. 100 % recommended the cuff with the link . The one used in hospital did not have the link across the top lip and it made a massive difference . Reduced pain from swelling . Patient described it as heavenly . The mask was worn almost continuously in the first 3 days post op . Only needed for a week . Unused mask was refunded promptly, as promised . Easy to set up and dismantle at the end of use .

Right about the product, ordered/rented the one for jaw surgery as advised by my surgeon,
If your having jaw surgery you only really need it for a week and for the first 4-5 days I wore this thing almost 24/7, it keeps the water cold running through the face mask, I couldn’t imagine not using this after as I was really swollen and face was almost burning hot, thank god for this product, i was able to sleep with this on, it’s quite pricey but I would say it’s worth every penny, it’s like having a permanent ice pack on your face with the ability to change the temperature, great customer service too

Rented the Hilotherm machine with the lower face mask to aid with my lower jaw surgery recovery and it was the best decision I’ve made.

The bruising and the swelling after lower jaw surgery made it quite uncomfortable but having the cold mask on my hot swollen face made it so much more bearable.

The recovery process following my husbands jaw surgery was sop good with this device, it made him so much more comfortable and reduced the swelling. we extended the rental period twice.
we saw the surgeon 2 weeks after his surgery and he was so impressed with how much the swelling had gone down

I am certain that without the Hilotherm machine recovery following lower jaw surgery would have been far longer and uncomfortable - we don't know what we would have done without it!

The delivery company mixed up my address and hence they wouldn’t deliver the device I ordered for my daughter. I rang Hilotherm and the most helpful man confirmed that another device was going to be personally delivered by themselves. Fantastic service and the device is amazing for daughter had maxi facial surgery. I’ve used this company twice now and can’t recommend them more highly.

I can’t give enough praise to the Hilotherm team for both the equipment and the service received. I hired the HTP1 device which has hugely reduced the swelling and made the initial recovery of a partial knee replacement so much more comfortable.
I was amazed at the speed of receiving the equipment, delivered in less than 24hrs of ordering and with simple instructions to operate.
Alongside all of this, when in correspondence with the Hilotherm team they asked about my recovery each time. Truly personal service which I’ve really valued. Thank you so much!

Hired machine following my mother's second knee replacement. Results were amazing and recovery rate exceptional compared to previously using ice packs. At 82 years of age there was reduced swelling and she was walking without crutches within a week. Can't recommend enough. Previous comments mention the price....for the results achieved I think it is excellent value for money. Ordered over the phone, fantastic customer service and delivered in time. Thank you
