Love the program

Love the program, the only gripe I have is the pricing is deceptive and opaque. I have a subscription, but I have no idea what I will be charged when it renews and there is no place in the app or website that you can find out.

It's a scam. Just go with another online rx company that tells you up front what to pay.

It's a scam. Just go with a company that tells you up front what it will cost to get monthly meds that you want. HIMS conceals the true cost until after you've already signed up and given them the introductory $39, so they basically steal that money even if you don't want to pay $300 a month (subscription plus meds combined, also not clear up front).

HIMs prescribed Viagra for my husband…

HIMs prescribed Viagra for my husband (without me knowing) because he was having issues becoming erect. HIMs did not require a thorough investigation of possible underlying causes for the ED. It was unfortunately stage-4 prostate cancer. If you want to live, don't choose HIMs as your provider because HIMs is cheaper. Cheaper for my husband meant a death sentence. HIMs is responsible for giving him a prescription, especially because he is black, and his cancer becoming stage-4 metastatic. HIMs will go bankrupt soon. So there is that to consider in choosing HIMs to be a responsible healthcare company.

No progress yet

First of all, i’m not seeing any real change in hair growth yet. But I was also disappointed when I reached out to your team at my six month mark to see if they would look at photos I had available for their feedback. I was told that’s not something your team does until the one year mark. So pretty disappointed in that response. If I don’t see any change at the one year mark, I’ll stop using the product.

The process is easy to follow

The process is easy to follow. The injections have curb my hunger. I have been on the plan for 5 weeks. In the first two weeks I lost 2 lbs. I was travelling so that was good. Next 2 weeks I gained that back. I are out for dinner a couple of times and the salt got me. In the last 2 days I have lost the those 2 lbs. My waist is a little thinner. I guess I need to skip the desire for Scotch. I am patient - lets see how the next 4 weeks go. Taking in protien via shakes, bars and cooked meats.

Does not stand behind product!

I ordered their spray for male pattern, baldness, including minoxidil and finasteride. I had a reaction to it after just a few weeks and their physician told me to discontinue use. They require you to buy four or five months worth of medicine at the outset. I have not even used half of the medicine I paid for I asked if there was any refund available or if they could replace it with a medicine that I could tolerate. They said no you paid for it and we delivered it.“too bad.”

Wanted to get testosterone tested

Wanted to get testosterone tested. I did the collection test 6 times! They kept saying something went wrong. Tried to cancel and the test kit kept showing up. Tried to get a receipt (after waiting on hold for a total of 55 min.) Was told they can't give receipts. Tried to get a refund and that was a no go as well. Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND!

The medication I’m taking is not…working

The medication I’m taking is not working. I need something that will work. I don’t want to wait until this prescription runs out. I need something now that works. I’m getting very frustrated. Please address this issue ASAP.
