The quality of the track is really nice. The response and delivery was also real quick. My track was a pre loaded one, not a new customised track, however, the quick response and delivery from the HKS team was very much appreciable. Thanks to miss Kritika for quick delivery.

Truly speaking I wasn’t very sure if you all could provide me karaoke of such old & not very popular songs from the movie Ek Raaz (1963). But to my surprise within a few minutes you all got me the karaoke of the two songs of my choice! Really appreciate the collection of your repository! Both MP3 & MP4 formats are fabulous! Just that the scrolling lyrics in the videos could be both in English & Hindi in place of just English. Well all said & done I am very satisfied with the product! Thank you.

Very great customer service. I purchased a MP3 karaoke track. I had difficulty following the music without lyrics. There was no MP4 video with lyrics to purchase. HKS was very helpful and got me the MP4 very quickly, respecting my timelines for a performance that I needed to do with that track in a couple of days.
