Updating my review after receiving my final track

While the final track took more than 15 days to arrive, I was really pleased with the quality of the track. The support team was really helpful in the process especially after I had put in this review. They updated any errors/issues that I pointed out.

Thankfully it was just in time for my performance.

Would’ve given it 5 stars but definitely need to take one star off for the delay.

really bad service... haven't received my track even 15 days after placing my order and making the payment. I have been following up on Whatsapp India Phone number. I dont know who I am chatting with... but I keep getting excuses saying they have "technical issues"... "sound card isn't working"... "musician has another project"... "give us another 2 working days".

As a result of the delay I am unable to perform at my gig.

I have asked for a refund but haven't heard back as yet.

Really frustrated...

Although our selected track was bit complex but the output is satisfactory, team has done a good job.

Shall recommend purchase. I would recommend to add an afffordable subscription/membership program to Wishlist.

I loved my track and the quality, the best part is it comes with a guide . You have separate links which have videos with lyrics which will help you practice the song better .

HKS is the best place for any karaoke. I am a regular customer of HKS tracks since last 5-6 years. Their track quality and customer service (especially Ms. Pooja) is just excellent.

Hindi karaoke are doing a great job for all the music lovers who were passionately searching for their favourite music tracks but couldn't find. this is the place where you can customise any of your favourite songs in the best possible melody. They make sure that they cover every minutest detail of the song. Keep going.

I was just googling for some good quality track and found Hindi Karaoke shop. while checking the website I was contacted by Pooja thru the web chat option available. Then I gave my no for sending me the details of my requirement thru whtsup. Pooja was prompt and she arrange me to send some of the sample track which I selected as an option. Liked the track quality. Paid the amount for the track and I got the good quality track. Prices are reasonable. I recommend Hindi Karaoke shop for an option to be taken by the singer to buy the track.

I bought 2 songs
1. Phir Haath mein Sharab hai
2. Koi lauta de woh pyare pyare din - Abhijeet
karaoke, both are of good quality & Pooja was really helpful in providing MP4 version of both songs. I would suggest to go for MP4 version rather than M3 for better sound quality.

I have bought three tracks so far, all of excellent quality. Customer service is very responsive compared to other sites that I have used. But it would be great if the tracks could be sent immediately or at least soon after the payment is made

Hindi karaoke.com staff are very accommodating,friendly and responds effeciantlyto help and solve any dilemmas that i had. The tracks are very clean and original easy to sing to i would reccommend them to anyone and would definitely be doing busniess with them again

Very very impressed with the karaoke tracks and quality . I have recently started using HKS and must say extremely pleased with their customer service . I deal with a very nice lady Bhumika who is very prompt , responsive and very polite . Very high quality and excellent karaoke tracks . I am happy to say I shall be using them all the time .
