Hindley & Lamb have managed the rental of my property very well for several years. All the staff are professional and very helpful.
I have no reservations in recommend this company.

We already use Hindley & Lamb to manage our rental and they are super proactive and professional so when we decided to sell another rental that became vacant it seemed like the obvious choice.

They went out of their way to help, obtaining quotes from professionals for work that was required, reporting on progress (as we live 300 miles away) and generally making the process as easy as it could be under the circumstances.

Due to their excellent photography and professional approach viewings were arranged as soon as the property hit the market and we had an offer within the week.

All the staff are friendly and professional and can’t do enough for you. Katie and Scott, who dealt with our sale, were superb. They let us know about potential viewings coming up and promptly provided feedback. A really fantastic service all round.

Hindley & Lamb (Katie in particular) were excellent every step of the way. We had struggled to manage the property with a previous tenant so it was great to have H&L deal with the more difficult aspects. When the tenant left, leaving the property in an unsatisfactory state, Katie got to work on facilitating a face lift. She organised or recommended workers to redecorate and complete all safety check. This was completed in a relatively short time. A suitable tenant was identified in a very short period. Everything was so much easier when it could have been a major headache. I thoroughly recommend H&L.
