Ordered a tarot deck on January 5th. Over 20 days later, no tracking number, no updates, and no response to multiple emails. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend buying here.

They did everything they were supposed to. It was fast and on time with no delays, it was faster than my Victoria secret package that I bought the same day lol. I jus thought that the back pack would be bigger. It was kinda disappointing. I jus think you should have a picture of someone wearing the back pack so you know how big it actually is.

More than I expected!!
My bracelet arrived within a week and was far more beautiful than pictured on their website. Included in the package was a handwritten note, which made it all more sweet!! Will continue to shop from Hipimi and highly recommend to everyone!!
