Scam. I placed my order on October 1st, and now it’s November 14, I ordered 4 designer chairs. Items never arrived, customer service does not reply to my request to give money back as well as they don’t provide any possible dates for delivery, surely is a scam.

This brand is a scam - I bought a lamp advertised as ceramic on the website and received a plastic one instead, which on top of it was damaged. I’ve asked several times for reimbursement, but the customer team has been trying to push their products on me and eluding my requests. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from them.

I placed an order on May 25th. Before ordering, it estimated the arrival dates as june 20-30th. My items finally arrived August 8th. Items are shipped from China, which was surprising to me. It was a bit of a hassle with waiting on the delivery especially since the website gives estimated arrival dates before purchasing.

2 items which I purchased are great! Exactly as described on the website and I love the design.

1 item was incorrect, which is too bad because of international shipping, however, customer service has been great and they say they are getting my originally ordered item to me.

UPDATE: They did send me the item which I originally ordered. It took quite some time, but it did finally arrive. So in the end, the customer service was great.

Overall, the design is very nice, however the quality isn't quite what I would have imagined it to be for the price, but I still love the design of the pieces and they look very nice in my home!

This web site is a scam I had to get my money back from my credit card company . Have reported them but they are still trading how I don’t know . Goods never arrive
