I placed an order from Greece.My order was handed to postNL on the same day.
When I contacted them about a mistake made by postNL they responded promptly and offered the best solution.
No action was needed to be taken though since the delivery was eventually made as scheduled.
Despite the long journey,my parcel arrived in perfect condition with the item I had purchased-a bag- wrapped up very carefully inside it.
Kudos to the Hippe Kippe team!!!
