One big scam with absolutely no respect…

One big scam with absolutely no respect for customers. I ordered clothes for my baby nearly three weeks ago, and according to the tracking information, the parcel was never actually shipped - or was lost right at the start. I have contacted the company countless times. First they kept telling me to “wait another week” for my order, and then they simply stopped responding altogether.

They do not reply to emails, they do not answer the phone, and they offer zero support. It is insane. I have no parcel, no refund, and no explanation. I don’t know how many more times I am expected to beg for my own money back.

I have never encountered such a shady, unreliable, and untrustworthy service.
To the owner of this company: I want my money refunded immediately.
