a woman of worry

The service was fast and and friendly. I am a woman who has no idea of buying a car and felt very concerned about not fully understanding the process. I needn't of worried, all the information was clear and included all the knowledge I would of questioned. I have already put a friend in contact with them.

I purchased a lease car on the proviso that it would come in time for when I needed it.

I purchased a lease car on the proviso it would be delivered by the end of the following week…Heard nothing for about a week so contacted Hippo to be told no, there’s been a delay. I cancelled the order as I needed the car as I was in a hire car. This was a week ago, despite asking 3 or 4 times, I’ve yet to receive email confirmation that my Oder is cancelled, or when I will get my 2k deposit returned. They are very friendly and attentive when you are buying, but ignore you when you cancel due to broken promises. Awful company, avoid.

Update
To be fair, when the people behind the scenes got to know about the issues I was facing, they were very good and resolved my issues in good time.

Don’t use hippo very poor start to…

Don’t use hippo very poor start to finish the minute you sign the agreements and pay you £100 deposit to secure your car. There’s no contact whatsoever back called every single day and was promised someone will call me back. This has been going on for two weeks very poor customer service hundred percent do not use hippo

Over piced no help when problem with…

Over piced no help when problem with vehicle, Brand new car under 3 years would not help in anyway only warn about not paying may lead to trouble. Complete waste of time keep well away from this company
