Back in 2020 I tried to purchase a Hipsline product. What happened next was a scam. I was charged for two products and they had also set up q monthly standing order. there was no way to ask for q refund or get this stopped. . Luckily my bank investigated and I was refunded. What had happened angered me so much I went onto their review page and got intouch with 80 other women from around the world who too had been over charged qnd never sent the products. I began warning people on the site who was asking if this was a great product.
We also got intouch with cosmopolitan as Hipsline claimed they had their backing.. what I'd say is avoid this comany/ s as they are now trying to work through Amazon.

Fraud scam still haven't recieved my stuff since March you can't contact them they are a BIG SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOW THEY HAVE MOVED TO 2 OTHER SITES HIPSLINE.FR AND HIPSNESS.COM THEY ADVERTISE ON ALL MAJOR SOCIAL MEDIA. HELP EXPOSE THEM

Have closed their website and now using hipsness.

They are a scam and frauds. Over 3 months ago I placed an order and all they did was steal my money.

These people from HIPSLINE need to be investigated by an international crime agency and brought to justice, (www. actionfraud .police.uk) as it seems many people have been affected. There should be a zero star button for this case! First on March 2020 my girlfriends card got charged without any delivery (for two items that have never arrived since 4.June 2020) over around 60 euros, immediately there were also 27 euro charges from her card, which came from the same company. She then got the confirmation of her order with a order number & a tracking order that never existed.

Shipment Details: We confirm your order of xxx Your order number is xxx Your order will be shipped shortly. You can track your order here : xxx”

She wrote after 1 month a complaint saying that the ordered items never arrived. She got a reply back from Hipsline saying delays are due to the Coronavirus. Months later there was another 34€ charged from an unidentified company name.

As she was busy at work she did not pay too much attention to when the items were to be delivered; she believed she needed to wait until the peak point of coronovirus is over.

Today the 4.6.2020 we had to block our second credit card which we luckily did before an attempted charge of 80 euros for a delivery request although they ask for 1 euro in the display. However she did not only lose around 60€ plus 27€, but also the products never arrived. The companies website has magically disappeared (apparently due to bankruptcy according to some reviews, but we believe in fact that the company never existed) So our emails stay unanswered. We are hoping for a refund, if not we will email www. actionfraud. police.uk and advise you to do the same. Please be vigilant for additional phishing emails/calls.

I ordered a Hipsline Pilates bar order number 14135 on the 13 February 2020 and never received it. The money was very quick to be taken out of my debit card but no product has been received in nearly 4 months. I have tried to find out where to email the company but is says something like not connecting or available. Very very poor service. I would advice other people to stay clear of this company if they really exist, they take your money and then that is it. Not acceptable.
COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR THEFT!!

I placed two orders for the same item on 8th March order No 223973HL and 223980HL after seeing an advert on Facebook The second order was somehow generated and money taken without my intention. Though I didnt really mind this mistake as I would have donated the second item. None of these orders have been delivered despite my numerous chasing. Tracking links are now broken for both. I have asked for my money back as I no longer require these but again no response. I am very disappointed that an organisation can steal from me via shopify and hope the matter disappears. I will have to complain to shopify to vet their customers. I am not a person to bad mouth legit Sellers but I am really disappointed by the way I have been treated. Can I have my money back for both items please £23.89 x 2. I would be rather writing a good comment about you guys but so far you have really let me down big time

Ordered a pilates bar for my fiancee months and months ago still no bar. This company is a complete fraud I have emailed about a refund numerous times and not one reply. Update to this review I have contacted hipsline again and the responded and gave me a refund instantly so I will change the 1 star to a 4star for there quick response and the action they took. Please contact them if you need a refund they will do it superfast. Thank you hipsline.

Ordered product in January, item still not received 5 months later.

Although I never received my orders, I'm giving the company four stars because they guided me every step of the way and gave reassurance. My funds were refunded to my account within the 2 days they promised.

So disappointed in the service that I have received with this company.

They charged me twice for 1 item that I ordered, each time I emailed to get an answer I got the same response. They weren't even responding accordingly to my email. I then asked for a refund which was refused. I disputed it through my bank where Natwest refunded the money for the additional charge.

Finally item arrived 3 months later, which was no good as there were some parts missing which meant that I could not use the item. I emailed again to ask if they could send me the missing parts or refund me and I got the same response that they don't refund. So now I have an item that I ordered in good faith, which I can't use as expected. I just want a refund.

I am aware that they have over charged a number of other people. Surely something has to be done.

They even blocked me from leaving a negative review on their website.

I ordered from them back in January and they totally ignore your emails. Even the shipping number they gave me did not exist. They charged me twice and I just want my money back. Shame on them for scamming people!!!

One day after placing my review on Trustpilot I finally received an email from Hipsline stating that I should receive a refund within 2-3 business days and we did receive the refund as promised. Thank you!

Ordered (2) and it’s been almost three months, have not received my product nor a refund. Over $60 down the drain, paid for shipping and never shipped. No communication from them, I guess I’ll report to the BBB and never order online again. I ordered long before Covid-19 was even mentioned, so NO excuse! Do not order from these people!!

This company is a scam. Ordered back in February and never received product. Emailed them numerous times only to be given the run around.

If it weren’t for Trustpilot and for my original review of Hipsline, I would have never gotten a response from them so quickly after that review!! It only took A DAY and I received an email from them reassuring me that my refund for my orders are on the way. If I didn’t see the credit after 5 days, I would need to email them again, but I didn’t have to. After the email I received from them, the refund was credited to my account within 2 days!! This whole experience thru Trustpilot took less than a week!! If I did it on my own, it would’ve been 4 months and counting without any end point...
I thank Hipsline as well for finally doing the right thing and being responsible and accountable to it’s customers. I’m sorry they filed for bancruptcy and what conditions they had to go through because I really liked what they were offering. I really wanted those slimpants/leggings.
Anyway, I hope my experience doesn’t dissuade anyone from buying online. We just need to do our research thoroughly and search for reviews outside of their website to be sure. I learned my lesson. I hope you do too.

Just found this website and seeing all these negative reviews about Hipsline.com just makes me cringe. 😬 I placed my order on 3/29 and received a confirmation email with an order number and a link to track my order. The order number didn't even exist so I contacted the support team and they said that there's a delay in shipment. I asked for an update and I got a response on 4/18 that they are contacting their logistic department to check for my package status and will get back to me shortly with updates. I haven't heard back from them yet. Just yesterday out of curiosity I decided to check to see if there was any reviews or comments about the hipsline pilate bar. This is unbelievable and unacceptable from this company. We have all been scammed. Today, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to request a refund for this transaction because I haven't received the merchandise.They responded quickly and is investigating my dispute and hopefully they'll issue me a refund because the merchandise was never shipped. I hope everybody else will take notice of all the negative reviews and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AN AD ON FB unless you do your research and check their credentials. Wishing you luck on getting your money back.

I ordered March 6th & still have yet to receive my order! They also took another payment out March 7th & when I emailed them saying I wanted a refund right after they told me they were unable to do that!! Since then they haven't responded to any emails & now their website is gone & changed to another name!
UPDATE: Finally got a reply back a few days ago & today they finally refunded me. Apparently their business went bankrupt. If that's really the case then they should at least be contacting people via email to let everyone know what's going on so others don't feel scammed.

So I made a review stating that Hipline store is a scam and they stole my money then someone from Hipsline replied saying its not a scam and I must contact the email address provided.

first of all. I bought 1 Item for $29 and I got charged over $100 dollars, then I contacted the email address provided for support regarding a refund and they told me that they will not issue such refund because the product was delivered straight away. its been more than 2 months and no products. After emailing the company 16 times, someone finally responded that they didn't send me the items and still they cant issue a refund.

Now I have emailed the refund email address that this person has provided and you can guess that the response is... no refund will be released. Seriously! SCAMMMMMM!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! This company screams scam. Exactly the same as the other reviews. Ordered on 27 February 2020 and over 7 weeks later still waiting. I have asked for refund 3 times which they keep ignoring. All I get is due to pandemic it is late. Funny how I have still received another parcel today. Parcels and post are still arriving. The tracking still states that I will receive the order by 19th March!!! Still no answer to last email which was when they stated they would check the status. Errm the status is that you are scammers. You take money from hard working people who are trying to keep sane in these desperate times. How the hell do you sleep at night?? You are all a disgrace and I still want my money back or deliver the damn order. I believe in Karma and boy are you all going to get yours!!
