Bought a watch from livingsocial but I was told to connect with company. They NEVER emailed me back. Neither did livingsocial. I eventually got through to livingsocial through twitter and got my refund. But still disappointed as the watch was meant as a Father’s Day gift.
I bought a watch on living social that was for hipwatches. .. wowcher gave me a wrong tracking code 3weeks later basically to shut me up as I asked for a refund ... when I checked the tracking number it said my delivery was due the next day which was the 30th between 1p.m and 5p.m I was home all day waiting for my myhermes courier to knock on door no sign of him... so I checked the tracking number again after 5p.m and it Said signed and delivered? But would not let me put in my post code ... no one on living social or wowcher can help me with a refund or to find my watch...
They told me to contact hipwatches directly through email ? No reply ....
Myhermes is an answering machine with no customer service agents to speak to... so basically living social miss leaded me into buying a watch on their site that was not available to me and they won't refund me ....
