Having used Hire2you a number of times, they’ve been faultless. The vans are always in good condition and always clean.
If ever a problem with a van arose, quick phone call, and issue sorted out. All the people that work at Hire2you are engaging, helpful and actually have a cracking sense of humour.

Pricing is fair and honest, no hidden charges. You pay an upfront deposit, which is then refunded on return of the vehicle.

If you need clarification of pricing, call them, they will walk you through how hiring a vehicle works.

Great service and great prices. A professional company that will definitely use again.

Will never ever use again and have spread the word to a lot of people to never use. Never give over any card details as they will try and take money without your knowledge. Charge double the excess you have signed for and make up excuses for the reason why. Don’t communicate as to why taking the money and then send a final payment letter that was not legal at all as the first time of making contact. Disgusting behaviour.

First time ive used Hire2you (Medway) hired a van for 24hrs, great service from their team,van was upgraded to a brand new one no extra cost, they answered all my questions with professionalism,will be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.Great job guys

Fine until you have a non-fault incident under their insurance. Then they will repeatedly visit your address for a bill of £1300+ and leave phone calls so threatening you have to call the police. Then charge your card without consent :) Avoid like the plague, no saving is worth this.

I have used these guys a couple of times now and can’t fault them at all brand new vans and clean and tidy will be using them again

I've never hired a car/van before and the Team at Hire 2 You were super helpful and informative. The Manager, Dave, was extra helpful when we had questions and made sure we had all we needed for our trip. I would recommend them to everyone!
