We booked two bartenders for a party at short notice and Hireabarman were extremely helpful and accommodating! The cocktails were great and all our guests had a fantastic time, can’t recommend them enough.

We used Hireabarman for a company event. Booking was really simple and Dan designed a package to our needs. Our barman arrived promptly and set up shop as well as engaged with our employees on what cocktails were available and even what went into them.

Fantastic service - our barman made delicious cocktails throughout a dinner party and was so nice and fun whilst doing it! Answered all my questions leading up to the event as it was my first time booking with them - would absolutely use this service again.

Easy enough to book via email and bartender turned up and did a good job. We only needed someone to pour wine and spirit mixers but the bartender said he’d been shaking cocktails for 13 years so was clearly overqualified!

Absolute Scam.

This time they’ve screwed me in Australia.

They use different web sites and start instagrams to convince you they’re legit but on further investigation they don’t have an A business number, their address is incorrect, their phone number goes straight to voicemail, the website they’ve got listed on their Instagram isn’t even typed correctly.

Quick and friendly when you want to book and as soon as they take your deposit they Ghost you. As soon as I called BS and did a chargeback with my credit card they got back to me saying they were on holidays but didn’t think to put an out of office on during business hours?

It’s all a crock, I have zero faith a bartender will actually turn up.

Quick and responsive, and great value for money.
From Dan & Remy in the office to Omar & Jose our bartenders, everyone wanted our private party for 60 people to be a success. Omar contacted me beforehand, arrived on time with Jose, set up the bar, talked us through the service & then got on & made the best cocktails for three hours.
The cocktails made the party, I would highly recommend & would definitely use these guys again.

Thanks to Alex for attending our dinner party. Despite been in the middle of no where, without any phone signals and getting lost he still arrived on time. I'm sure others would have given up.

We had a great service for my party. Ivano and Alexandra were very friendly and made sure the guests always had their cocktail of choice throughout the evening. They helped tidying up and washing up the glasses and were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend the service.

Seems like a scam.. After Alina being very accommodating over emails I've had zero communication since I paid my £150 deposit. I've emailed multiple times with no response and every number I call on the website doesn't work... This was for my 40th birthday celebrations taking place in October in the UK..

I was so impressed. Firstly not sure if I could arrange cocktail event at home for small amount of guests. As soon as I made enquiries with Hireabarmam I received amazing service. Very efficient with telephone calls a few days prior to the event to reassure me and check re final bits.
Excellent service from driver who dropped and picked up glasses. The mixologist arrived prior to the actual party to set up. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and totally put myself and my guests at ease.

I was able to get a mixologist/cocktail waiter at very short notice through this company. The process is simple with a £100 deposit paid by card (obviously non refundable as all deposits generally are!), then balance is paid by cash on the day/night. Dino our bartender really got the party started at my friend's hen do and was so professional. He took photos of us and allowed the hen to help make a cocktail and cleared everything up without us even noticing.

There are sometimes slight delays in getting replies but mostly at the weekend and we can't all expect to get a response at weekends from any company. It was worth every penny, considering we had 60 cocktails from a selection of 3 of our own choice with all the ingredients and glassware provided, for £400. Would definitely use again, thank you Dino and the team!

We used Party Bartenders twice for the past 6 months and both times had a great experience. Mike, Alina and Reny were swiftly replying to all my questions. I was given a list of cocktails to pick from and a "shopping list" which I found very helpful. Bartenders were on time and created a good atmosphere.

I found Hireabarman.com an efficient and reliable service. Remy and Aima made the booking process easy and came back quickly to any questions. Omar and Maya were warm and welcoming, Omar was very accommodating and made lots of delicious cocktails All my guests had a great time. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used party bartenders for two recent events and was very impressed. Remy is highly responsive to emails and his team are excellent. In particular, Ben was very professional and well liked by everyone at the events.

I hired a bartender for my event which went very well and the guests enjoyed the cocktails throughly. A huge thanks to Omar for the fabulous job he did in the prep and during the course of serving the cocktails and other drinks. He kept me informed when supplies were running low and helped me procure the items needed. Omar was also friendly and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use his services again when I have another event. He kept the guests coming back for more and I am told all the cocktails were instant hits with the guests. A huge thank you to Omar and Reny for arranging this for me.

At first Alina was super polite and accommodating despite being slow to email back. I had asked for a venue and bartender for a Hen party. I liked the quote they gave and asked about deposit. I was told it’s €100 but when I asked if it’s refundable €100 they ghosted me but sent the online payment link for the deposit. Reny emailed me back to say they were confused why I was asking about deposit being refundable as they could accommodate me but as I was in early stages of booking hen party I didn’t want to commit to one day with non refundable desposit just in case. I have sent 10 emails to both Alina and Remy and haven’t heard back.

Heather was fantastic, really went the extra mile. We had a great night for my 40th birthday and all our guests were extremely impressed. Thank you very much, we will definitely book again.
