First triumph, later failure

Working with a fantastic career coach named Corey back in 2020 (pre-pandemic) led to landing a job in the desired industry within 1.5 months, reinforcing the value of expert assistance. The ROI was significant for the $150-170 investment per month at the time.

Fast forward to 2024, another challenging year for job seekers, and when I signed up for an intro session with a coach... he didn't show up. No communication prior to or afterward. Efforts to reach out via LinkedIn and a follow-up email to support also went unanswered. Furthermore, the other matched coaches did not possess the desired qualities or experience I was seeking, indicating a possible decrease in the talent pool.
