While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

At Hired our mission is to empower connections between ambitious people and teams. We use technology and human empathy to reinvent the way people hire and get hired.
This is not necessarily a criticism of Hired.com directly however this has been my experience. Each time I get an interview request, I respond immediately and then never hear back from the potential interviewer/company. It would be nice if Hired had some mechanism that would prevent recruiters be they internal or external from doing this.

Broken code "assessments" are a scam.
Hired.com knows their programming tests are broken and gives false negatives to gaslight you into taking a bad offer, so they get paid and employers get to pay you less than you're actually worth. I reported several broken tests and received no response from Hired.com. I know others have reported broken tests as well and also were ignored. Now I could understand one broken test, but the number of confirmed false negatives on the "assessments" makes this look intentional or negligent at best. This does not have anything to do with my browser or connection, since I used the exact same browser, OS, and connection type every time, and was able to pass an assessment in spite of several broken tests. I have many years of professional experience identifying defects of a much more elusive nature, so this looks especially egregious considering that representing inaccurate assessments of candidates skills could form the basis of a class action lawsuit for job seekers who were knowingly misrepresented by Hired.com with artificially low assessment scores.

Really intuitive.
Setting availability is effective.
The interface and user experience of interviews and conversations is clean and easy to manage.
Excellent for starting a conversation with multiple employers/recruitiers
Hired Team is making job search seamless, the UI is great and easy to use.
I was able to get an exciting job offer as a candidate on Hired. It opened me up to companies I had never heard of, and enabled me to find a perfect match. Every interview I set up on Hired was interesting and was a great way for me to be thorough in my job search. Thank you Hired, because of you I start my new job in two weeks!
Happy with interface, being able to connect recruiters and get quick responses.
I have been a member since few days ago.
There are many jobs here and I hope to get the job soon.
So Now I like this site.
Thanks!
I do hope that at some point I will get an email that does not require tech knowledge that I do not have. Or the requirement for a collage degree. Other than that, Hired seems like a good thing.

The opportunities coming across my desk are great, and represent a nice variety of large and small scale employers. Functionally the platform works really well, and the interface is intuitive. The Candidate Experience Managers I have interacted with have been very pleasant and helpful. Five stars on all these fronts.
However, I find myself answering a lot of the same questions and performing repetitive tasks while handling interview requests much of which happens outside of the Hired platform. I understand this is not directly your fault, but rather a reflection of the hiring process as whole. I don't have a lot of spare time due in part to my current job, so anything that could be done to minimize the need for my immediate input would go a long way in making this platform a useful tool rather than a chore.
Ironically this very review is one of the aforementioned distractions I could live without.
Fairly easy to use. Already have around 4-5 interviews set up through them. Hopeful that this works out!
Simple to use. Very straight to the point. Credible space of Recruiting companies.
