Iris is a great Virtual Assistant
Iris is a great Virtual Assistant! The team covered many of my daily tasks from website chat support to facebook ads management. My systems and processes where already streamlined, but Iris made it even better over time. I'm now handing off more and more tasks created from new ideas that I execute. There's of course a learning curve and issues with scaling certain projects - this is a current challenge that we're constantly trying to work out. When I first started with Iris, I was using them for about 15 hours per week and now, a year later, I'm using over a thousand hours per week. What I like best is that the Iris team is constantly hiring and firing to find the right people and this is great because I don't have to worry or do it myself. I rated 4/5 stars because I think that training has to improve much faster than it is.
