I hired a 17-seater mini bus from the Cardiff brunch. The process was very easy and efficient. When I picked the vehicle up on the 13th of march at 8:00. The vehicle was ready immaculate and the check in for the vehicle went really smooth. The people were really friendly and helpful. The vehicle had enough fuel in it so I did not have to worry straight away about filling it up. The whole process of picking up and returning was excellent. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely hire from them again. They would be first on my list.

Hired a van. Informed £125.00 + £20.00 waiver. Deposit of £250.00. Returned the van in the condition it left the lot.

They took £550.00! It has been 8 days and no refund. Plenty of excuses, but not a penny returned to my account.

We had an outstanding experience with Hire Me Vehicle Hire Cardiff! We rented a 9-seater Ford Tourneo for 14 days, and the vehicle was immaculate, comfortable, and drove perfectly.

We collected the van at the Merthyr branch and dropped back to the Cardiff branch.

Daniel and Humza were fantastic to deal with, offering exceptional customer service that made the entire process seamless and stress-free. The team’s professionalism and friendly approach stood out, and their quick response to queries was much appreciated.

Having two convenient locations made pickup and drop-off a breeze, and the pricing was very competitive compared to other hire companies. We also appreciated the thorough vehicle checks and clear communication, ensuring we felt confident throughout our rental period.

Hired a lovely car with hire me great experience.
The staff were very helpful and polite thoroughly recommend excellent service.

Turned up after an hours drive to pick a Peugeot 3007 only to be told the car was not available. Zack the person dealing with us didn’t seem to care.
Won’t ever use this company again

Needed a van for one day for a house move and I contacted hire me Merthyr Tydfil and the guys were polite and professional and the van was picked up at Abercanaid at 9-00 am and returned once I had finished no waiting and no hassle everything well organised there - would definately recomend

Leave their vans parked on bridges of M4 motorway which are then used to conceal mobile speed cameras. Crude attempt at advertising costs multiple motorists fines.

(Van on bridge eastbound between junction 34 and 33 M4).

I hired a long wheel based van for a day at what I considered a very reasonable price. The van was clean and in excellent condition. I found the staff pleasant and helpful.
If the need arises I would use this compony again.

I am a neighbour of this company and they have a dog tied up outside barking day and night, it’s absolutely pitiful, what modern company does this anymore?

A great car hiring experience - supplied with a great practical car to get me to and from work. All paperwork completed smoothly and car ready when I arrived. Returns process simple and quick. Thanks again for bailing me out in my time of need!!!!

Rented a vehicle from them for a trip away. Unfortunately, there was a small amount of damage caused (scratches and a bump) that could easily be sorted. We were charged am extortionate amount for this (£1000)
Be careful renting from these.

We rented a vehicle for a weekend and unfortunately we had a small bump on the plastic rear bumper. Their response is to charge £1000. The damage does match the charge, be sure to consider very high charges if anything goes wrong with your rental.

Rented a vehicle from this company and when we did a small amount of damage to the vehicle (scratches and a small bump)they charged us £1000. No proof that they were going to fix the damage. Would be careful if you plan hiring from them.

I love this place when renting a van as they are at hi spec and very clean vans 100% top noch been here many of times now and never dissopointed with the vehicles and staff very nice people to speak with and ur on the road in no time had van about a month ago but going to need people carrier for rent soon so will be booking here as I always do and never go anywhere else thank you hire me merthyr see you soon 👍*****

From initial enquiry contact to vehicle collection & return the process was quick, easy and extremely good value for money. The sales agent (Michell) was courteous, helpful and ensured the hire was a seemless process. Collection of the vehicle including all paperwork took less than 30mins. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

I had lost the key to the van around 8.30 on a sunday morning of all days!

I called the Hire Me office not expecting the call to be answered and the owner of the company (Shahid) answered the phone. I explained the situation and he allowed me to go and collect a replacement key subject to a deposit which I was happy to pay.

The van was due back at 9 a.m. I returned it at 10.15 a.m.and expected to have to pay for another days hire. Under the circumstances, Shahid kindly waived the additional days hire. I really didnt expect this kind of empathy and understanding from a modern day large outfit like Hire Me.

Shahid, you are a true gentleman and I just wanted to say thank you as well as letting your customers know that you run an excellent business!
